Outstanding product, easy to install, and fits nicely in my 2007 Lexus 460 ls, my dog would usually jump in to the flooring then the seat. The extension goes over the floor so the dog needs to jump higher up to the seat. No problem for younger dogs. And I made it easier on my 8 year old dog. Bought small wooden crate. Nailed a piece of of wood to cover the slats, and keep it in my trunk, pull it out for my dog. I'm older and can't lift my dog with my bad shoulder, so this works good. Very stable keeps the hair and dirt in the compartment and not all over my car. Great padding, and for extra comfort I bought a small rug from family dollar to put over the padding. I used to have to clean my car everytime my dog went for a ride. I keep my 20 year old car looking new. The the net window in the front is great. Easy to take out and put back in, I keep it there all time the dark color matches the interior. When I have people in the back seat I take it out folds up nice. And no hair in the seat to deal with. Love it.... Great price.

I just received this 3 days ago, and only used it once, but I am quite pleased with it so far. I own a second generation Honda Ridgeline (mid-size) pickup for size reference. I unwrapped the cover, and flipped it across my rear seat. (The hard extension, inside the cover, is in 2 square sections.) The cover rests in place on the seat while "installing". Next, I tucked in the 2 attached plastic tubes between the vertical and horizontal sections of the seat. I lifted the back section of the cover, unsnapped the buckles on the two headrest straps, fed the strap behind and below each rest headrest, and reconnected the buckles. There is a pull adjuster that I gently tightened on each strap to pull the cover "tight" in the back. Note: overtightening will lift the cover off the seat. Finally, if you wish, there are zippers on each side of the side section. You zip each one, and feed each strap through the hand strap above each side rear window, and tighten gently, as you did with the back. Doing this provides 100% rear coverage, with the screened section between each front bucket seat. I chose not to use the side sections, so I left the zippers unzipped and the strap detached. The side sections hang down the sides of the seat. The cover fits very well. The cover appears to be made of ripstop nylon with crosshatch stitching for durability and "traction" (slip resistance) for my dog. The nylon surface is easy to wipe clean, and liquid just beads up on top. If this ever stops, I'll just spray the surface with a waterproofing product that dries completely. The images on the item page shows the cover folded tightly against the back of the front seats to permit rear passenger occupancy. This is not exactly accurate. There are two buttons at the top of the front section, and when folded, two elastic loops atop the middle, rigid section. The back folds over the top of the middle to "sandwich it, and the sides also tuck into the middle. Stretching the elastic loops hangs the now rigid seat cover, but the back just hangs. Unless you have a LOT of rear legroom, this hangs right at the front of the rear seat. I was able to resolve this by tucking the outside bottom corners into the seat pockets behind my seat, but this might be difficult or impossible to do in small vehicles, or those without seat pockets. Bearing this possible limitation in mind, I highly recommend this product.

Very pleased with this seat cover. I have 2 small dogs and they have trouble getting settled for long car rides as they can easily move from the back seat to the front seats through the space at the center console. This cover eliminates that access point as the 4 sides are tall. They settled very quickly and made a 12 hour ride with no issues. Also prevented dog hair from getting all over the seats. It was very easy to install, remove, and clean.

I’m not really a reviewer but this is something I felt obligated to review. First off it’s is not scratch proof like it says it is first 30 seconds and there is claw marks. Waterproofing I’d say is very accurate as I bought the hard bottom black leather looking one and it’ll wipe right up, I bought the xl 60 inch and it’s fits my truck very well. I do enjoy the hard bottom to prevent my dog from falling into the leg space area. It seems to be of very good quality and should hold up for the active dog, other than that it seems to be a standard cover.

Great setup for a nice car and a big dog. I have black leather interior and a golden retriever. This leaves a seat in the back still open and keeps the car so much cleaner. I had to cut a slit in the bottom joint to allow a harness belt to pass through. Would be good to have some Velcro or something built in but I didn’t mind. One of the supports has also worn through the fabric but for the price it’s performing as well as expected. Plenty of space for a 60lb dog, fit a bigger one. He curls up and goes to sleep as soon as we hit the road. This is easy to fold up and throw in the back if you have additional passengers as well.

Game changer for road trips with my dog. The hammock style is what sold me — it keeps her from sliding into the footwell when I brake, and it protects the whole back seat plus the floor area, not just the seat cushions. The 600D material feels heavy duty and has held up fine against my dog's nails, no rips or snags so far. It's genuinely waterproof too, which I tested the hard way after a muddy hike turned into a wet-dog situation in the car — wiped clean with zero soak-through. Installation is simple with the straps and anchors, though it did take a few tries to get it snug enough that it doesn't bunch up when she moves around. Also worth washing it once before use since it has a bit of a "new plastic" smell out of the box that airs out after a day or two. Overall really happy with it — makes car rides way less stressful for both of us and my seats stay clean.

Excellent quality, substantial enough for my two medium dogs. Very easy to put in and take out. When one got sick in the car, it completely protected the seat and I just removed it and scrubbed it off. Couldn’t tell. I did put a bath mat (easier to wash) for them to jump in without snagging the seat cover or having to constantly wash it.

Great quality and works well for our back seat captains chairs. The dog loves the peak thru netting. We love the small leash that clicks to the seatbelt for safety. Great buy!

Works great. It's a soft cover, so there's no structure to it. It simply acts as a liner for the backseat. If you are looking for a product with more structure, this one is not for you. I was using a sheet prior to buying this cover, so let me tell you, it's a huge step up for me. It seems to be well made. The ability to zip up the sides makes it easy to contain the dirt when removing the cover. It's probably self-explanatory to most people, but the velcro seatbelt openings go to the back - I didn't pay attention when I first installed it and wondered why it didn't fit properly. The straps that attach around the front headrest are a little too far apart and cause a bit of sagging between the two front seats, but that's not enough of a problem for me to deduct any stars. Overall I would definitely recommend this product.
