These are comfortable. Look like a great quality, feel great , have two tabes to put on for great security. Have them on constant subscription.

I don't break out or itch anymore from my pads now that I'm using the always pure cotton collection! 10 for 10 recommend! They hold just as good as their others. Don't have that sound like pulling plastic off your bum when just pulling your pants down to use the restroom. They are much thiner and comfortable. But mostly no irritation is KEY to survival during an already uncomfortable time of every month. Great for daytime not long enough for my preference for overnight but they have the 5 or overnight 5 to cover you then.

The best pads for a heavy period !

I am postmenopausal and use creams so I need something LONG to protect my undies. I use the 2s, but decided to try the 3s, even though I thought they might be thicker. They are not thicker, just longer, and I like that.Both the cotton cover and non cotton cover are good, but I feel like these are a little cooler, and let the excess creams soak through better. I like that they don't smell and are non-irritating -- something I worried about with the foam.I've also used this foam type when I still had my period, they absorbed very well.I HATE the wings, though, and cut them off. My problem had and has always been with everything going off the front or the back. In my period days, I tried the wings twice, and both times everything went off the sides. So I wish they would make these with no wings like they did a few years ago.So, thin, long, absorbant, and non-stinky.

These are my favorite pads. I use these day and night without issue. Days 2 and 3 are my heaviest and I have to change out as infrequently as on my lighter days. I loves that these keep you dry until they are at capacity.
