Good product... Boring supplier
I think it has some beneficial effect.. esp if you had neck issues to start with. The quality of product is good and is very convenient to use. I would have given the product 5 star but for the boring over smart supplier. I don't like to be coerced into giving a 5 star rating

Good but very heavy on neck!
It seems to work fine but it should be light weight, as this itself will cause neck pain. Plus that attachments aren't working!
