These detox pills do what they are supposed to do and definitely help with bloating and making me feel lighter overall. I personally have to take mine around 7 or 8 pm so it can work overnight before my schedule the next day, since it takes some time to fully go through my system. I would go to the bathroom around 6 the next morning. I did notice some cramping while using them, which was very painful at times, so drinking plenty of water is very important with this product. I did not notice a weird smell or taste, they were easy to take. For the price, it works well if you are looking for a cleanse that actually does something.
