Very good, could be more pumpkin and sunflower seeds. I added these myself.

otherwise very crunchy and tasty. I don't want to add more salt to my bread as this can affect the yeast. I now roast my own seeds, works out a lot less expensive and doesn't take long to do in the oven or in a solid frying pan, just remember to stir frequently. As an addition to your breakfast... very nice.

I love seeds! Their so versatile, and the nutrition in these tiny little things, I call them nutrient bombs!In general I prefer this brand and I’ve tried many different brands, I use seeds on a daily basis, be it on my breakfast yogurt with some traditional oats or sprinkled into a casserole for dinner, however the only reason that I can’t honestly give this order 5 stars is because I keep being sent the wrong pack, I order the 8 seed, or perhaps it’s called the 7 seed mix, I don’t recall at this particular moment, the first order for the 7 or 8 seed mix arrived and I received this 3 seed mix, not really a problem I thought to myself, they’ll get used and everyone makes a mistake occasionally.Once it came around to be ordering seeds again, I again placed an order for the 7 or 8 seed mix, but again I received this 3 seeds mix, and this time it irritated me and has created a reluctance in me to order them yet again, their not cheap, but I have a range of health conditions that benefit from being very mindful of my diet, as such I buy a variety of different seeds from this brand on a monthly basis, and unfortunately the 3 seeds mix is just duplicating some of the other seeds I get in the other orders.Send them back I hear you say? That’s not always an option for everyone, I’m housebound in a small village with no post office, sure I’m incredibly lucky to have friends who are always asking if I need anything from the local store, however I’m not going to ask them to drive double digit miles to the nearest post office just to send the seeds back.It’s a shame because all the seeds I order are ordered every month, Amazon and the seed company and myself all lose out when mistakes like this becomes a regular occurrence.So buyers, be aware that what you order might very easily not be what you receive.

These seeds taste great with salad, or added as a garnish to soup. I also add them to Porridge and Museli - but appreciate that might not be to everyone's tastes.The bag seems roughly equivalent in cost to the mixed seeds I used to buy from Lidl or Tesco, but I do think these toasted "Munchy Seeds" ones are tastier, and have more variety (and I hope therefore more nutritional value) than the supermarkets packs.

The mislabelling worked in my favour. I read the reviews for the 7 seed pack and saw that everyone received 3. I ordered 3 and got 7. Wonderful! About the seeds. They are excellent. I have only used them when making bread where they are not too chewy but are in fact delicious. Great seeds. Highly recommend. It would be good though if Amazon could get their labelling right.

More flavour than the plain ones and better quality than the high street ones (eg H&B) that come from china

I purchased this product as I had decided to no longer purchase small bags. I like to eat these and other seeds. These are a good mix. The bag is sturdy and not easily split. Would purchase again

I love seeds but this is the only brand I can find that produces them in a nut-free environment. Thanks so much!
