Quality precision pens
I’m used to the Zebra Sarasa 0.3 mm, which is my go to pen, and wanted to find something of comparable quality with an even finer tip, to allow for smaller writing that’s still clear. Uni-ball Signo was at the top of the list of many pen reviewers so gave this 0.28 model a try. It’s checking all the boxes - smooth ink flow, micro thin lines, but not scratchy thin. Great value, nice clip, so far so good.

Great pen
Great pen. Writes great, smooth, and dries fast. Interesting choice of the package though

Great pens
Great pens. I love the fine point. They do run out of ink pretty fast. I go through about 1 per week but I just keep a stash on hand.

Great for medical use
Amazing pen if you need to write small and still be able to read it. I work as an intensivist in a busy MICU and of the substantial number of pens I've used over the years these are by far the best for small detail dense writing. I like to keep a single sheet of paper with me for my patient list and having the ability to pack everything I need to keep track of in a small section of the page only really works with these pens. I have tried 0.25mm pens however they either write too faint or actually cut the paper, something that has never been an issue with these 0.28mm pens. Plus the gel ink dries quickly, the pen head glides easily over the page, and the stock pen body is comfortable in hand. A very good value of a pen that out classes ones costing ten times as much.

Ultra micro point fine pen
Everyone around me knows i am ballistic for these pens. Some of the finest tips you’ll get on the market for a decent price before descending into ultra-fine technical pen hell. One of these pens has lasted me several months of daily use. The pens are also nice to look at, no weird grips. Artists- the pen has very limited range on the amount of surfaces it can draw on (because of the super fine point, will scratch). Drawing over dry watercolour should be safe but gouache is a probably not.

Great line. Clunky, but fixable pen body.
Great line and ink in these. Truly fine and precise without much skipping on thirsty or toothy paper. Can be a bit straggly. But overall, I love the quality of the pen cartridge itself. It's great to draw with. I find the pen body itself to be somewhat bulky and awkward. The lowest part of the barrel right above the pen point is very dome shaped. The end does not have an elongated taper like other fine point pens I tend to like. Pilot Precise V5 RT is one of my favorites, but their finest point is only 0.5. This pen is quite a bit finer, and I love that about it -- but I have a hard time seeing the pen tip while I'm working because of the large size of the barrel at the tip. Another reviewer added a photo of them writing with the refill cartridge on its own. I had actually done the very same thing when I first started experimenting with the pen. I just took it out and began drawing with it. The plastic on the cartridge is very rigid, so it's easy to use this way as a minimalist pen on it's own. The feeling of that is actually very precise and great. So if you're struggling with the bulk and profile of the actual pen body, the refill on its own is a neat option. My ultimate fix was to just put the Uni cartridge into a Pilot Precise V5 RT body. It works great. If you do this, you WILL need to loosen the threads a quarter turn to click the cartridge tip out. Then tighten. Then do the same to retract. It's no big deal, and functions normally with a quick turn (and click) -- similar to old mechanical pencils. Since this actually identifies which pen has a Uni cartridge on board -- it's a win/win as far as I'm concerned. Myself, I'm just used to a Pilot pen body, and prefer the more narrow tip and better rubberized grip. So for me, it's the best of both worlds adding this great, ultra fine cartridge to my favorite pen body. For me, the Uni vs Pilot body feels like the difference between a jumbo and standard crayon in my hand. Both could certainly be useful for different applications. Overall, I'd buy these pens again. The line quality alone is worth the time figuring out how to best use them for my own needs.

Fantastic!
This pen is fantastic! It writes smoothly, doesn't scratch the paper, and makes the thinnest lines that I've ever seen in a writing pen while still being dark enough to easily read. Some art pens are comparable, but are not really meant for continuous writing like you can with these. I use the pens to fill out care plans and med cards in nursing school and they work nearly perfectly for pages of writing. Recently, only one of the pens that I have been using frequently started skipping slightly even though there's still a decent amount of ink in the pen. Other than that, they have been perfect, especially because the grip/soft area continues to the tip and is comfortable to write with continuously. I've never loved a pen like I love these pens. I'd rate them 9.99 out of 10 (0.01 taken away for the one pen out of the 5 that skips after writing for a while).

Great pen!
I usually use a 0.38mm tip so it took me a while to get used to the 0.28mm tip but now I use it all the time. The pen writes smoothly and dries quickly.

Product below quality
The ink quality is not good. May be it is dry. With 0.28 tip i wanted to try it. It has a feeling like when the refill is about to finish

Just Bad.
I don't know where these have been sitting, or maybe it was the batch I got - but the ink has run dry for all of them. Have to throw out. Also, they are super super fine. Like, they scratch the page fine. Or maybe that is just mine as the ink wasnt working. One of the worst things I have gotten on here.
