This supplement seems to be helping me. I don’t feel as bad after eating sugary desserts and overall feel better after I use them. They’re easy to swallow and I only use them when I might overindulge for special occasions. They’re easy don’t leave an aftertaste or burping issue after taking them. Helpful as an effective supplement

As I mentioned in my other reviews, I wanted cinnamon for diabetes health but I learned there are 2/3 types of the item (Burmannii or Burman is the poorer ingredient & Cassia is a Chinese version) versus what's known as Ceylon cinnamon. After learning this, I decided not to buy the cheaper version (Burman & Cassie it appears) because it has less potent ingredients and went with this brand for a much higher milligram and quality item. This product in particular has a large amount of other ingredients that are supposed to help with blood sugar, so that's a big plus. I wasn't pleased it used the cheaper Cassia cinnamon though, so hence the 3 stars. If over time I am surprised by it's performance, I will update my review.

At my recent physical my A1C came back as pre-diabetic and was on the verge of being diabetic. My doctor had me tweak my diet and up my daily activity for 3 months to try to correct it. The first month or so my sugars were still testing high even though I was eating REALLY healthy & exercising daily. I saw this supplement and decided to try it. After about a month of taking it, I started noting my sugar readings were down even after eating carbs. I really do feel like this stuff does help. I don't think it's a cure by any means. You still need to eat somewhat healthy and exercise but it does help. At my 3 month check up I was no longer in the pre-diabetic range!! I would recommend giving this a try but again it's not a cure all.

I wish I could just give a review on the product because its great. IT WORKS! I take it at night and it keeps my blood sugar in check through the night so it doesn't wake me up. However, I feel it unnecessary and ridiculous that the company would upgrade the look of the bottle, and almost double the price of the bottle. I was buying it for 19.91, now its 33.96! Completely unnecessary and takes it out of my price range.

Really helps getting off the harmful industrial medicine and get back to a natural supplement

So far this supplement has helped me. I am starting my third month and hope it continues to keep my blood sugar levels the same or lower. Overall my digestive system is so much better, and energy level is getting better, and my hunger has decreased. After researching other products similar to this I found a winner.
