Very helpful
This product is very good. I have a history of stomach ulcers and I find slippery elm bark makes my stomach feel better. I mix a heaping teaspoon in a little bit of water to make a paste then I add a little bit more water to equal 8oz. I stir the slippery elm until powder dissolves and drink it quickly. I do this twice a day. Once for morning once before bedtime. There isn't much of a taste so drinking it quickly I don't even notice a taste. This brand of slippery elm dissolves quickly. Very smooth. Price is reasonable. I have used slippery elm for several years and I have had good results. I also eat a good diet no spicy, acidic, or greasy foods no take out foods at all. I also take one probiotic capsule a day. I prefer the GNC brand probiotic. I've been taking this for many many years. I will be ordering this slippery elm bark again and again.

Used in DOG cough syrup
I’ve used this for over a year with success. I researched DOG cough syrup on the internet and found this as one of the ingredients. I mix with water and high quality honey and it has worked well for me. Even my vet now recommends it. It’s natural and can be used several times a day without any side effects. It seems very soothing to my dog’s throat.

It’s a great and fast 💨 okra replacement
Ladies if you know what okra does then you know what I mean okay OKAY haha love this stuff. You really should follow the instructions on one tsp instead of two like I did. To each their own I will say you will feel the difference with in two hours or less after you drink it depending on the concentration of your liquid. Great price the taste isn’t bad the consistency of it or texture in your mouth is that of like an apple sauce so I add cinnamon to it and it tastes great! Super easy to swallow and extremely effective! It does wonders to your skin so if you have bad skin it definitely helps over 45 days of continuous use with some relief.
