I’ve had the 27” for a few years now, I’ve used in it in almost all of my trips, It’s my favorite piece of luggage, roomy but not overwhelmedly large, it’s sturdy, wheels slide perfectly, it’s good looking and the built in lock works every time, I’m buying a second one same size, I like it so much!!

It's nice! Wish the one compartment also had a zipper enclosure, don't know why they cheap out on something small like that

The 28" suitcase held up great for my trip to Europe. There were some scuff marks from it being tossed around at the airport, but the great thing is that I was able to spot my suitcase right away as there are not many people who buy white suitcases. The wheels worked great and allowed me to maneuver through the airport quickly. It is a big suitcase so it may not fit under a bed in the hotel or on a cruise ship so make sure you know if you have room to store it. Overall I am happy with this suitcase.

We bought this to replace an old soft shell suitcase we gave to our son. Thought this would be an upgrade. And it would have been, if not for the zipper. It has tons of space, it rolls very smoothly, and the outer shell is very durable. We used it once, just once. While zipping it up after getting packed up to leave on our trip, one of the zipper pulls came completely off. So now there is only 1 zipper pull. Zips all the way around so the suitcase is closed, but the TSA lock is useless now. Also, there is a flap of material on one side to keep the case together when flipped open, and the one zipper pull can get lost under that flap when zipped all the way. We had no choice but to take it on our trip, and it was fine, didn't break open, but I expected more from a $200 item. Can't return it because the return window is closed, so we are stuck with a faulty suitcase.

Had to bring it to the repair shop due to the zip fell apart. Not as good as I imagined this brand. Go Samsonite.
