How do i change the battery?

According to the manual. Pry the device open. Around its edges you will find a notch. It recommends a coin to insert in the notch and twist. I personally carefully used a flathead screwdriver. I twisted and pryed quite a bit due to its small awkward size. The two halves will pop open. Change the battery paying attention to the battery polarization and snap the two halves back together. I recommend changing while seated. You don't want to drop any part risking potential damage. I appreciate the specialty size batteries last years. I found the battery in a drug store eye level above more standard sizes. I hope this answer was helpful.

Does this work with Linear LD033?

It will work with any door opener that has a GREEN button on the opener inside the garage.

can you buy a cover for it?

This remote don’t have a cover .

My garage oppener is from 2015. Can this product still work with it?

I think this is more designed for older openers. The best anwser depends on if your opener has a green remote set up button on the back. Again, my guess is you will soemthing that wasn't built in the mid-nineties like this one.
