Like any wig you buy online, it will absolutely need styling straight out of the bag. The bangs are very long, but it does show that in the product photos. I also thought it would be a bit longer with the bottom pieces, but it will work fine. Bought it for a purple guy cosplay. Again, once I style it, it will definitely look similar to the product photo. I think it’s thick, and not too shiny.

So I got this wig for Halloween to play Atsushi Nakajima from Bungo Stray Dogs, which is 99% what this wig was supposed to be anyway. This was the only one I could find off Amazon that had the black strip to go along with it, so I bought it because I wanted to be manga accurate because I prefer it over the anime any day. The wig itself is pretty good, but I do plan on styling is myself. I only had it out for a ten before it started to shed a little, like only a few strand, but it wasn’t anything to worry yourself about since Amazon wigs come like that. The color is accurate, though it only lets you have the one strip of black hair instead of the few he has. It’s messier than what is shown which I prefer. It’s very soft and silky and hasn’t tangled on me yet. On downside. I couldn’t see. The bangs are too long and cover my eyes. Maybe if you have a bigger head than mine or maybe if you have a bigger forehead you’ll be alright, but it covered my eyes completely. The black strip was surprising to say the least. I was expecting a clip the grab onto the hair so it could sit there, but it’s more of a hook to grab into the cap the wig is sewn onto. You have to pry the parts that grab the wig open, try to hook it to the cap, and try to find it onto the hair it got buried under. The strip also sheds. It does come with some surprises! It comes with a wig cap and even a net to store the wig in. For what I paid for, this wig is what I expected. If you want to be scary accurate like me, plan to cut and style this wig. They give you a good bag to store it in if you don’t have a manikin head like me. I feel like this was a good value for my money and what I was expecting. Also sorry if the wig looks funky on Sonic. Not comfortable using my real face nor do I have a manikin to use.

Good looking wig for the price, it’s decently soft and doesn’t look too cheap for a good Halloween costume or cos play. Was exactly the length and look my son wanted for his costume. As far as I know there wasn’t much shedding and it was easy enough to style.

i literally LOVE this wig!! i crimped it to my liking and it makes a very good chuuya cosplay<33 i definitely recommend this due to how soft it is, but i do warn you that the color is very vibrant at the top, but the shade darkens towards the bottom lovelock part. (this is also not cut so you need to do this on your own) but the wig is fairly thick and fluffy if styled correctly.

Purchased this for my daughters anime costume. Quality is great. The hair is straight and appears to be taken care of and handled well. It fits great. It's not too thick, but there are no bald spots on the wig. Thickness is medium. Appears great quality and you can do a lot to it. Great value for the money. If you want something super thick, this isn't the one. Overall, appearance is perfect for our costume.

Forewarning. The ponytail and top hair are two different shades of orange. But it is lightweight and fairly thick.
