Defective piece.. and it is non refundable. It is not working.

Great product.. Using for last 3 months
Working great for last 3 months. Pellets never catch moisture or get stuck. Exceed the expectaton i had while purchasing. Battery ran for more than 2 months.Few issues:1. The amount is not exact for each drop but we can mange with it. If i am around i give extra food manually every other day.2. Setting the amount to drop takes some time to set.3. You wont know when the batteries dies and it stops working. You need to keep monitoring the droppings atleast after a month or 2 to not make your fish die hungry.
