I absolutely love this nostalgic find! The G Keni Portable Cassette Player Boombox delivers exactly what I was hoping for a simple, functional throwback that actually works. It looks presentable, and is moderately durable (good for adult use). The cassette player works just as described, smooth playback and no issues so far. The AM/FM radio picks up stations clearly, which was a pleasant surprise. No complicated setup, just pop in a tape or tune the dial and go. Lightweight and portable, perfect for moving around the house. The option to use batteries or AC power is really convenient. The sound quality is pretty basic—not bad, but don’t expect deep bass or high-end audio performance. Overall, this is a great, functional, no-frills boombox that’s perfect if you’re looking for something nostalgic that just works.

Very nice player. Primarily use it to give a workout to old cassettes that haven’t been played in many years or newly acquired tapes before I love it to the big system. Sound is adequate for its size. No issues.

I have many cassette recordings of the practice sessions of our girls gospel trio from years ago. Wanted to re-listen to them, but they didn't sound right on my old tape player. So I ordered this one. Received it in 2 days. It is very solid, nice size, easy to work with. Now I can play the old tapes - and I just sing along with it. And I am in the Trio once again! So glad I got this cute little player. Not fancy, but it does what I need it to do, brings me much pleasure & that is what counts.

Player is obviously inexpensively manufactured but has worked well for my purposes. Seems a bit slow on rewinding but that's ok. Sound quality is not the greatest but plays the cassettes. Might also be the age of the cassettes. Lol

The cassette part of the player only worked for four months. I used it about 1 or 2 times a week. The player has a 12 month warranty and trying to get it fixed under warranty has been very difficult. I have sent the company everything they asked for - receipt, video of malfunction, troubleshooting. As soon as I did all that was asked of me, the warranty company went silent. Do not buy.

Radio works great. Decent speakers considering price. Bad news is it ate two of my tapes right away. Do not recommend if you’re buying for the tape deck feature.

Sound quality really surprised me. It's great! The mic works great as well. I love this little thing. Great for camping and also for getting a little cassette collection going and playing then around the house and camping. Beautiful piece of analog to have in our modern times.

I love this little radio. The sound is so clear. I haven't recorded anything yet. I mainly got it to play my cassettes and MP3 usb on and it does it beautifully. I am very happy with this cassette player/recorder. Highly recommend.

This unit is good for language learning.

GREAT ON 4 C BATTERIES !!!! I have been looking for cassette tape player for 3 yrs, longest played for 6 hrs. Then I bought this one, for the size the sound was good. I have 20 hours on 4 c batteries and not dead yet. I do not use FF or rew. I would recommend it for long term campers with no electricity. radio worked good at home, I could not get any radio station in my vehicle camping, so did not try the player.
