Get friendly with the grinder...
Some too big (diameter) and all way too long. The first ones I put in stuck out so much I bypassed the sander for the grinder. I cut the rest shorter before I put them in. That was better. Color matched nicely. I drilled my pocket holes with Kreg jig.If you have time to cut each one down or are trying to save some cash then these are for you. I was being cheap for the large quantity I am needed. 200 ish ugh...

Too large
Kreg brand pocket hole plugs are 0.010” smaller than 3/8” so that they may be inserted into pocket holes, and swell when glue is applied to form a good fit. This brand is 3/8” or larger and does not fit into a 3/8” hole.
