Meh, could be worse.
This lock came in good condition. There was really almost no instruction within the app when it comes to login setting. I had to try many different combinations of user and password before the app would accept it and not crash. It’s a bit confusing to get to work. Took me a good 2 days before I figured half of it. When I finally learned how to use it, I went to the gym and tried to put it on my locker. And knowing my luck, the lock was too small to snap around the loop. Still need to find a good use for it since returns aren’t free. I know I’ll find one though.Bottom line - Make sure you have the patience and plan sizing ahead

Useless Lock
What a cheap piece of junk. When i took the lock out of the box one of the rivets fell out. The directions are poorly written with grammatical mistakes. The app directions do not even match the app that needs to be downloaded. The lock does not auto unlock when you get near with your phone, you still have to go through 2-3 actions just to unlock. A standard combination lock is faster than this. Straight into the garbage this went

I wouldn't suggest buying it if you have android. The app crashes therefore it wouldn't let me access the lock.

Poor design, wasted investment
I charged this, but cannot get it to work. The app recognizes it, but cannot unlock it, sending continued "fail messages." The app is full of spelling and grammar errors and is clunky, not intuitive. Poor design and a waste of money.

Worthless
Lock does not work. App you are forced to download has numerous misspellings. Mine worked when I set it up and then never again. The manual code entry doesn't work either. Huge waste of money that I'll never get back!

Just got the lock. The lock is cute, but the application doesn’t work at all, so the lock ends up being useless. What a dissapointment.Hopefully they will fix the application soon.
