I picked this up cuz of my flexibility being so bad. But with this as an aid for stretching and flexing. It has been a lot easier.

Taking these to the gym today! In addition to being a great home workout, these are really useful in the freeweight corner of the gym to assist in lower body and butt exercises. Much more than I expected, even down to the cool mesh pouch. Highly recommended!

There should be a storage bag that comes with the kit. It was missing my first order, so I ordered another, still missing the storage bag. They should make a statement that something has changed. Otherwise OK product, but missing storage bag that would make it easy for traveling.

These are the best for leg and groin stretches. You actually use your muscle strength to help your stretch, especially dynamic stretching.

These weren’t what I expected. I thought they were resistance bands. Probably won’t be able to utilize.

I have 3 of their items and I love all three of them! Easy to use, simple instructions and videos to watch for variety of uses. Great product!

These are fixed corded material. No elasticity at all. They still serve a purpose. The stretching exercises basically consist of putting your foot through a loop, and pulling hard. You can do a number of variations. My wife stopped physical therapy due to the virus. She found these a useful addition to her resistance bands. I also find these to be a useful addition to resistance bands. There is a series of videos on You Tube. Almost every exercise shown, requires ordering additional equipment. These feel more secure than resistance bands, in exercises that require you to place a resistance band directly under your foot. Much less likely to slip off your foot, and no danger of a nasty elastic strap coming towards you. Consider this like a pot and pan promotion, where you get the starter piece free, in the hope you will buy additional equipment. I don't think the item overpriced. It will probably last years, and the handles make it worthwhile. The four star rating considers its very limited application, without ordering additional equipment.

I bought a strecthing sock type strap for this and the product wasn't great as it didn't sit on the foot in the right direction very well, this is very different very strong and heavy duty and thus sits exactly where you want it and handles are very heavy duty too so you can put a lot of tension onto them without them getting tweaking or lose shape or get out of position, I would highly recommend these
