Q: does ths include cleats? i have look pedals and my cleats are pretty worn so wondered if the cleats are included

Cleats are not included but they are compatible with both 2-bolt and 3-bolt cleats

I’m not sure how performance fit they are but with the boa and the Velcro strap they are adjustable. I bought them in white and they fit well and are really comfortable. Plus they are cheaper for cycling shoes. I would buy again
