It is a HUGE support...you will need a lot of space for installing it, and heavy. It works well for me though

The media could not be loaded. So outfitting a second home office and purchased an inexpensive monitors (x2). I purchased a dual monitor arm and was excited to get my office set up. Set up my desk and monitor arm and mounted to the desk. Received the monitors to discover the description of specifications were in accurate. They did not have mounting holes on the monitor. So I was in search of a product to allow this type of monitors to be mounted to an articulating arm. There where a couple variety options but i those this one as it made more since on how to install. When I received I wasn’t sure if it would work. Took me a couple minutes to install. The provide spacers to allow you to mount a thick or thin monitor. I was concerned with the monitor tab holders on the front side as my monitors are low profile borders but I was able to adjust so they are not obstructing my view. I would buy again and recommend.

It's not that hard to assemble, just takes some patience. It is perfect for this acer monitor my work sent me that doesn't have a standard VESA back. Now, if I leave this job and have to send back the monitor, at least this monitor adapter is universal and I can use it on future monitors if ever needed. Beats buying an adapter specific to a monitor that I may not keep for the long run. As someone said, it's not "pretty" but if that's your main concern, then don't get a universal VESA adapter.

This was a pretty nice find. You can adjust it for most monitors. My monitor is a super thin one. so I had to put some styrofoam on the back to fill space. But it is working nice once I filled the gap.

All of the promotional pictures you see have this product attached to a pole, and yet it's not included in the box. It doesn't even have the VESA mount. It relies on you to already have a VESA type stand, which is obtuse. Why would you buy this if your original stand is VESA compatible?As of right now, it is literally unusable for me.

High quality materials excellent design. Holds my 20” in flat screen Sony PS3 tv from the mid 2010’s that has no mounting holes in the back.

I like the product, but it's not exactly easy to setup. Once I finished installing this and going for the finishing step, I realized that one of the caps had a huge manufacturing defect, only being about 45% complete. It doesn't look broken, it looks a molding that didn't have enough plastic injected in. Without the cap, the mounting bracket looks terrible. The pictures show the defective cap next to a whole one, as well as the bracket screw that isn't covered. There's no way to contact for a replacement cap, and the only option is to send the whole unit back for a refund or replacement. The pieces slide all over the place when trying to install, and I would not be willing to do this all over again. Debating returning it for a full refund and getting something better instead.
