I used it whenMy fists were no longer working and it was the best thing I did, I don't feel pain anymore. I indicate that eyes are closed.

I have dealt with ganglion cysts and tendonitis most of my life and wanted to opt for something to use at night/to sleep. These braces are very bulky. I don’t know what it is about the thumb hole but it is either the brace itself moves or it’s not big enough because it was digging into my skin below my thumb. They don’t do much with support it’s almost like the splint bar is not long enough? It’s a good concept for the product but for the price I was expecting something different.*** Update 10/4/23 ***changed from 1 star to 4 stars. They have really good customer service, after I had posted the original review they messaged me directly asking if they could send me replacement braces of what they thought would be a better fit for me. I just got them in the mail and I’m much happier with these newer / smaller braces. These ones are much more comfortable, still slightly tight around my thumb though. Otherwise fits much better and support is better too

Way too long for me. Went almost up to my elbow (Dr recommended 3 straps). I think they would be Very uncomfortable to sleep in for carpol tunnel. Returned

Wearing braces for yrs because of corprul tunnel. These are one of the best I’ve purchased. And the velco straps, probably the strongest I’ve ever worn. Definitely worth the money on these braces.

They’re big and bulky… not very functional. Feel like Edward scissor hands or like I have two arm casts on. Can’t grip my mouse for work which defeats the whole purpose. I don’t even use them. Wasted my money really… unless you need your wrists to be completely immobilized, I don’t recommend.

I have suffered with Carpal Tunnel for YEARS!These were a game changer in my life. I had gone through two rounds of shots and the second round didn't provide much relief. My biggest issue was night time. I would constantly wake up through the night in pain.Wearing these gave me my first night of relief in months. I was able to sleep peacefully almost immediately and I was able to make it half the day before the pain and tingling kicked it. The more nights I used them, the more relief I got. I can't recommend these enough. They are comfortable compared to others, durable and the velcro is very good quality. They are not like other braces where the velcro loses its stick. Can't recommend these enough!

This doesn’t fit right. It is too long for my forearm and the hand portion is too big. Not recommend for women for sure.

Having suffered from severe carpel tunnel in both arms/wrists/hands, I have just about tried anything and everything to get some relief. Nothing worked. My Dr says surgery is my only option at this point. I'm not hip to that, at all. When I seen these splints I thought just another set of wrist bands. Having read up about the Dr who invented these, I thought what do I've got to lose. So I ordered a set. Oh my goodness! I could not be more wrong about this set of splints. They are like nothing else I have ever used. And I'm actually getting some serious relief wearing them nightly. The one thing I would say and it's kind of ironic but the velcro that is used to close the splint around your wrist is the most highest grade of velcro I've ever tried to use. A little difficult to undo once stuck together. Here's the irony I have no strength in my hands from the carpal tunnel to be able to do it. I actually have to have someone else help me get them on. It is a very quality product and it is giving me results! Couldn't be happier.

Excellent product I wear it at bedtime I'm no longer experiencing numbness in my arm due to carpool tunnel.

Because i broke my right arm and pinched a nerve badly I need braces like this I use them a few hours a day to strengthen my hands. If used all the time the opposite effect could occur.So use caution with the braces still an excellent product.

I have double carpal tunnel syndrome, which is extremely painful.I have tried a lot of different ones, and these ones are the best of the 20+ I have bought in the past.They have a lot of support, and the velcro is strong so it doesn't come off or slide around.

the brace has 3 of these long metal pieces in them to keep your wrist sturdy. 1 of them has a velcro that holds the metal piece in place, but the other two do not, so the metal piece will slide out of the brace constantly. When I wear them I have to be constantly pushing the metal piece back into the brace and sometimes it pinches my skin which is not pleasant.
