This is really Loud for such a small object! Rather than fit with the straps provided which woud be easy to cut,I epoxy resin Glued it to the underside of the seat out of sight.As i have a fairly Good MTB that i use mostly for commuting i Have had 2 attempts at theft 1 an attempted mugging another a shanghai theft( wait 4u to unlock the bike then jump you) the panic alarm function came in very usefull.3 volume,3 sensitivity settings easily set. Wont Guarantee safety(Nothing will) but it helps.Horn has 5 settings and is nice and loud.well worth the money to give you a little extra edge against thieves!!! To sum up,Nice loud alarm,Nice Loud Horn,small so easy to Hide,Panic alarm function,easy to set to Desired volume/ sensitivity/sound of Horn. Also comes with USB C Type Charge lead which is long enough to charge from USB Source at the electric socket to the alarm.Good piece of kit!!!

This will be used as the main notification sound on my EUC. It is loud enough for that purpose, and I am confident that pedestrians will hear me coming. Comes with remote battery ready to go, but main unit is empty on arrival and requires charging before use. All fixings and fittings are included and a decent USB C (full size) cable and some cable ties and an adhesive pad.The manual is surprisingly good as well, and goes to some length to explain the buttons and settings on the remote, but is lacking some important information - for example actually turning the unit main on and off is not mentioned at all, leaving it mainly to guesswork ! There is only one button on the main unit, but it has different functions based on the amount of time it is pressed and held for. Very difficult to know when it is powered on or off - this is not at all obvious !So far it seems we have to push and hold until first beep to turn it on, then press a key on the remote to bind it. It seems to require binding every time you turn it on. To turn off, press and hold for 10 seconds or until the long beep.I won't be using the alarm functions of this as the unit is so painfully easy to remove it from the machine it is protecting and I don't think it really serves as a deterrent in that respect either. But the bell function is very helpful, and the remote siren activation is useful if there are people or animals hovering round your machine...There are 5 sounds to choose from, 4 of which are inferior to the single most useful one, the loud chirping option that is the most commonly recognised as the modern alternative to a cyclists bell.So, slightly unintuitive in operation, and some slightly odd decisions relating to controls, but nothing you don't get used to with time, and ultimately does its job pretty well, and is robust enough to stand up to British weather ! Good value for money considering it is wireless, this compact and this loud.UPDATE: Having used this on many rides now I can make some further observations:1. You never need to turn the main unit off, its battery lasts weeks and weeks (assuming 1 2 hour+ ride a day) and there is simply no need to power it down very day2. People do NOT respond to this as quickly or instantly as they do a cycle bell. I think it's because they are not expecting that type of noise on a cycle path, and find it difficult to localise. Most get the idea eventually - just can take a while and a few repetitions.

This alarm can be easily mounted and the instructions are very clear. Simple set up but I would recommend using metal tie backs to secure it safely. Quite happy with the quality aswell.

Great safety accessory.I even replaced the standard traditional bell on my bicycle with it as my bicycle is electric and this electric bell compliments the E-bike sound wise
