Excellent camera. Has useful features that other flagships have cut off like audio jack, notification led, camera button, expandable memory, dual sim, sensors like compass, barometer etc.

Design: The usual Sony Xperia design is nothing new.Display: Beautiful 4k display and excellent color reproduction with 120hz but annoyingly it's only FHD if you're not watching videos or viewing photos.Battery: The largest battery ever on Xperia device and yes it does last you through the day.Camera: Probably the best camera I've used on a phone but the zoom camera it's not S22 ultra.Audio: Powerful front facing stereo speakers and there's a headphone jack.Software: Stock android 12 with few Sony apps and tweaks.Overheating issues: Used to overheat like crazy when shooting videos and regular photos, Sony released an update to fix the overheating about 50% but still overheats nonetheless but not that much now after the update.The Question is: should you buy it?The answer is: Yes if you want what is mentioned above, And No if you want a powerful zoom camera and can't tolerate with overheating issues.

I am a longtime Sony phone user and this is by far the most disappointing phone I've had. It overheated constantly, then it would freeze which would require me to restart it, or it would just restart on its own. You never knew which apps would run and which would just freeze up and get stuck on the app loading screen. When it ran correctly, it was the perfect phone packed full of features, but it is too expensive to deal with these issues right out the box.Addtionally, the phone was shipped in a media mailer with no additional protection beyond what the box provided. I shipped it back in better packaging than what was sent to me, which is an indication of the seller's care for the products they send.

Tge sony xperia is a great phone and built well, however this version that I bought has BOTH IMEIs locked and so it can not be used in the USA. I sent the seller a message but have yet to receive a reply. If you plan to use this on At&t or Tmobile don't buy it. Neither one has worked and I am left with a brick that cost me $1289 after taxes and shipping. Will be trying to get a refund if I don't hear back in a day or 2.
