Q: Why does product fall back in applicator? Love the color, but if i apply any pressure it clicks back in the tube.

I have not had that happen to mine. I can only guess that maybe A piece has broken inside tube. I suggest you contact the seller and maybe get a replacement.

Q: Which is the darkest color ?

There's a picture of the colorsswiped on different skintones.I have two colours and like them both.Hope this helps.

Very nice shade. The tip is very good. It stays well on the lips. This is one of my favourite so far.

Great product. Soft pink is great, light brown is actually very dark.
