Can't say enough good things about these gloves. They're not completely, utterly, absolutely heat resistant -- you'd need a layer of cloth to make them truly 100% perfect. But the dexterity I get from all the fingers being separate is completely worth the fact that I can't directly touch the oven rack for 30 seconds straight.
