Wasn't expecting a lot for the price. Boy was I wrong. I have a 35 inch waist and ordered a large, which I had to return for a medium, which fits perfectly. I got the black with pink sharks. My wife thinks it's cute, and that's enough for me. Nice soft mesh on the inside. Soft outer fabric, contrary to other reviews claiming stiff fabric. Air does not get trapped and balloon like my other bathing suits always did.

When you are not the height of an NBA player, it's hard to find shorts of any sort that do not look goofy or make you look obviously stature challenged. But I didn't want shorts that were throwbacks to Magnum PI length either. These seemed to fit the bill. I ordered a small (typical pant size is 33") and they fit perfectly. FYI the inseam was 4.5 inches and the outseam was 14" These are by no way low rise, but do set a bit lower than a lot of the longer legged, high waist swim shorts. (They actually sit the same as normal pants.) Have not tried them in chlorinated pool, so not sure about the color change issues some have reported. They are a much stiffer material, but it didn't affect comfort. Very happy with the look.

My son loves these shorts and prefers them to the expensive board shorts, plus the prints are great! We even have my toddler wearing them now too.

I purchased this suit for my 15 year old son. The short length was exactly what he needed and an XS is so hard to find! The fun print makes it even better. He needs a 27 in the waist and the XS was a perfect fit.

You ever notice how the first few pics you see on any product on Amazon it’s always some sort of catastrophic failure of the product? Take the first pic of those stiff shorts standing up on end from Richard H. for example. Like, we’re you swimming in glue or something? That does not happen in real life. Anyway. The shorts are great and SOFT. I got the avocados. I get compliments all the time. They’re shorter than the average shorts, but not like bro-ie short. Just the right amount of short.

Love that these fit dad bods and aren't super long like everything you find in the stores.

The previous reviews are not joking…these puppies will stand alone even when no one is wearing them. They are STIFF! They fit as advertised—my son loves the length. We’re hopeful that they’ll loosen up a bit with wash/wear. All in all, we’d buy again, the plus of the length outweighs the minus of the stiff material.

These shorts fit nicely and I love the look of them. I really like that I still have great mobility while wearing them. I have had swim trunks in the past that restricted leg movement and sometimes felt tight, but I have not experienced that with these. Only minor issue is that I do not love the netting on the inside, but it is a very minor inconvenience. I will likely buy from this brand again in the future.
