Q: Is it original Leather or PU material?

Leather, I think. But it's a very thin layer on top of a plastic base. The leather will definitely peel after a bit of use

Q: Is it full grain leather, or genuine leather?

Unfortunately, it is not. This is a "faux leather" item (AKA Pleather). If you subject this to stress, it will fall apart and start to look seedy. Had I known this, I would have looked further and invested more money for a genuine leather item. Consider yourself forewarned.
