I really liked the Strawberry-Lime, it reminds me of a slushy as well. You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these.

Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.
