Okay, so I usually take Bucked Up BAMF or Woke AF, but it was kind of inconsistent for me. Some days would be like, I could smell colors, other days was almost not enough and others were perfect. I just wanted a pre-workout that wouldn't make me sweat, give me itchy palms, make me feel like my veins are connected to my nerves or whatever lol. So, I really just wanted to be more awake. I wanted to work up a sweat from my own hardwork not from just taking some pre-workout. This is PERFECT for me. I take two pills about 15-20 mins before I go to the gym and I'm just in a good mood. I keep that energy all day long, too. I haven't felt a crash, jitters, stomach issues, nothing.So, if you are looking for something to be like a scoop of pre-workout like bucked up or some other high stimulant, I wouldn't suggest this. But if you just want a quick pick me up to get you going and not bring you down, DO IT! I also take their creatine which seems to be working as well, but who really knows haha

First of all, I absolutely hate those pre-workout powder mixes you're meant to add to water. They typically taste like a very fake sweet citrus with a medicinal aftertaste. I also usually don't like to brush my teeth immediately after acidic foods/drinks as it can damage your enamel, which is another reason I don't prefer to drink coffee before heading out the door since it is quite acidic and staining (and trust me, I love coffee!).Psycho Sloth has been a great alternative to provide me with some pre-workout energy without having to drink some gross powder or anything acidic really. Been using it the past few months. I love that I can pop 'em quick, brush my teeth and head out the door. By the time I get to the gym I'm ready to rock – and it feels like a clean, consistent source of energy without any jitters or crash.Then when I get home I enjoy a cup of post-workout coffee lol. I can't speak as much to the other benefits but I do appreciate that it also doesn't have a ton of funky ingredients and also the fact that it's tasteless and affordable (I work out 4x/week and a single "bottle" lasts me a few months).

ok, this is my second review. I tried it about 4/5 times and there was nothing amazing about it, maybe a cup of coffee replacement. Im assuming its because I am a regular user of pre workout and my caffeine tolerance is a little up there. Hear me out, I ran out of my usual pre workout and I was desperate so I grabbed these and took 3 instead of the recommended 2. I know, they say not to take more than recommended but lets be real, 300 mg (3 capsules) is 1 serving to a lot of other pre workouts. I went to the gym about 15 minutes later not feeling any difference so was taking the L. About 5/10 minutes after that I felt great! It was a great hour and a half of energy and Zeeeeeeero crash. I usually get bloated (regardless of what pre I take) and sometimes feel gross at the end of the workout. I had none of that and i really do love these at that dosage! I understand that its hard to get a lot of caffeine mg in a small easy to take capsule so I can't say i'm mad at all.

I don’t typically write reviews, but WOW this preworkout needs to be given 100 stars. I am very picky with what I put in my body and as a vegan, look only for products that use the highest quality ingredients. Psycho Sloth exceeded my expectations. My schedule is quite crazy and sometimes have to go to the gym before work or after work. I have experienced no crashes or restless nights. I have taken a range of preworkouts from alani nu (powder) to celsius (drink) and sometimes my stomach is twisting and turning giving me some serious aches. I have felt 0 negative side effects, only positive good energy with Psycho Sloth. I feel more motivated to get into the gym everyday with these magic pills. I should be a brand ambassador for them because I have single handedly gotten at least 15 men and women in my spinning class to get hooked to them. Give it a shot this will most likely be your answer to becoming consistent in the gym. Also I might be a little extra, but I use this product to stay alert at work!! Go grab one :)

These do not provide any energy whatsoever. You also have to take four of these pills at one time this is not a good pre-workout, I have no energy and no motivation. I can go right to sleep in these. I am really disappointed there is not a satisfaction guaranteed or return available for this. Once you buy it, you were stuck with it and it doesn't even work.

These are fine to replace your morning (or afternoon) coffee. Like if you just want/need a jolt of caffeine, but they did little for me in way of helping my workouts. Unlike other supplements I've tried there was no extra hit or boost of energy before, during, or even after my workouts. I even tried what 1 person suggested and took 3 (which is a lot of caffeine at once and not something I would normally do) And halfway through my run I got hit, not with energy, but serious fatigue which was weird. I felt light headed and dizzy instead. I pushed through but it was an awful experience. So, yeah I don't recommend doing that. Or these. I get more energy with simple B12 supplements. Price is reasonable and the product itself was brand new and clean, but they just don't seem at all effective as a pre-workout supplement.

Was really hoping to like this. Only thing I liked was no scooping and shaking like normal pre-workouts. I did not feel like I took a pre-workout. No energy boost or anything. Might as well of not used anything.

One pill already gives me lots of energy, it does gives me some jittery
