I am from an Italian American family, so pasta dishes are a big hit with me! I’ve tried several different keto noodles, including making my own pasta out of keto flour, but never reached the right pasta consistency. Man, this pasta is real close! It doesn’t get gummy, and the taste is pretty good. It’s pricy, but it’s worth it! I’ve made a few different dishes like chili mac, macaroni and cheese, macaroni salad, macaroni with cream sauce and chicken (play on linguini). The one knock I give these noodles is the directions say the serving size is 1/2 cup, and it equals (I don’t have the exact numbers in front of me so I may get them a bit wrong) 42 grams carbs, minus 21 grams of dietary fibers. That would mean that your macaroni dish would have almost your whole days worth of carbs in just that one serving without adding anything else to it. Not only is that a lot of noodles, it’s definitely too much carbs for one meal. 1/4 cup (2 oz) makes the perfect size for a side dish like Mac salad or Mac and cheese. Then just load up on a lean meat and low carb greens. I use this on my “cheat day”, so I feel like I’m cheating but I’m actually not. Just track your macros accordingly.

Excellent product

Little pricy but worth it. Couldn't tell the difference from traditional noodles. Cooking process and mouth feel were great. I used it in a one pot dish and didn't even have to adjust the cooking time. The nutritional profile was just what I was looking for.

Most other lower carb versions of pasta are simply too weird for me. Although this isn't super low carb, it is a high fiber, reduced carb, reduced calorie alternative to regular pasta that my husband will actually eat because it tastes like pasta and doesn't have a weird texture. The only thing different is that it takes a few extra minutes to cook compared to normal pasta. The price is higher than normal pasta, but given the health benefits I think it's worth it. I have purchased the elbows and the penne several times. I have not tried the spaghetti noodles or the lasagna sheets yet though, so I can't say if the texture on those are good or not.

Ok, to clarify for starters. I am a pasta fanatic. I love pasta and I live for it. Sadly with that love came with the price of extreme weight gain. This made me upset of course, and I was looking for alternatives. Miracle noodles? Sure theyre 0 calories but...BLEGH! THE TASTE IS HORRIBLE. But this. This delicious product balances flavor AND health. Its the perfect middle ground. I was able to make the same portion of pasta id usually make before but with even more benefits such as low calories and a healthy serving of fiber. This truly is the best product and nothing could replace that.

Love it. Missed so many of my "macaroni" favorites. No longer having to settle for "something like" to "something real."
