Item not working
The product is not at all good. It's not getting on. And if it's getting on it has no frequency. I have tried all the alternatives but still the outcome is zero.

very nice packaging and product is brand new except it is not turning on. but i would appreciate amazon support as they quickly jumped in and gave a gift card. might be some mistake or defective piece received or might be broken in transit. don't know the reason. anyways thank you amazon for your support.. if it is flipkart no doubt my money is lost
