Great running belt
This belt and a 21oz CamelBak bottle have been my companion for my marathon training. Enough room for my Pixel 3a and some gels. Easy to pull and replace bottle while running. My phone does get sweaty on longer runs so I use a Ziploc for extra protection. The key pocket is a nice feature. Comfortable worn low on the hips without bounce unless my bottle is full. I am 5'11'', 205lbs, and the belt length was perfect without any trimming. Over 100 miles so far and holding up great.

Great belt for running
This the second belt I bought because I love it so much. I use it for long distance running, together with a 32oz blender bottle that I bought separately. The bottle is larger than a a regular running bottle, but the belt holds it well and unlike other belts I used, the bottle never slips out. The pouch is large enough to hold keys, bars, gel packs etc and your phone. The belt is designed for the velcro part to be cut to size, if you have a small waist and want to get rid of the extra (I never bothered). The belt sits securely on my hip (I have a slim built) and doesn't move much. In the beginning I made the mistake to overtighten it (I was afraid the belt would move / rotate otherwise) and my drink bottle dug into the small of my back. You'd think you'd notice, but I didn't right away and by the end of the run my back was sore. Ever since I learned not to do that the belt is fine.

Solid overall, not perfect
This is the second running belt with a water bottle I've tried after I've totally discounted any that have clips and adjustable straps. Those bounce too much. I liked this one due to the adjustable strap and the fact that you can cut the end to fit your needs. That was a huge plus and it worked well. I with though the belt strap was elastic so you don't have to constantly tear and retighten the velcro if it's not quite right. I have a running belt w/o a water bottle with an elastic strap and find that one works better. The strap also feels kinda cheap to me but that might be necessary to allow it to be cut easily. Another con is the pocket is too big for just a cell phone and a key, that's all I need, no need to bring money on a run. The water bottle is too big for me as well, I just need a small 12 oz bottle, not 16+ oz. The smaller bottle fits well in there though, stays in place, and the holder has some rigidity to it, which is great so you can put the bottle back in with one hand (possibly... I'm still new at using one of these so I couldn't do it for my first run but perhaps with some practice). For those reasons (big pocket, bigger water bottles) this belt might be better for someone that is going 5+ miles out into the wilderness and wants extra water and food for energy. For me, just going 3-5 miles it's a bit much but other than what I've mentioned, it works well, seems of good quality, doesn't really bounce when you get it tightened correctly and I'll use it through the summer. I think for my next one though I would prefer an elastic belt and smaller pocket and water bottles.

No more things weighing down my sports shorts!
Very comfortable on the waste. Main large pocket is fine for phone. Small inner pocket should have been made slightly larger to easily accommodate license, credit card(s) and more than just 1 key. I had to place my credit card vertically in the pocket. Nothing's perfect. Bottle holder is just fine. Time will tell how long the Velcro belt will last- because Velcro never lasts forever. But I prefer the Velcro belt to the cheap plastic snap belts I see being sold. Choose wisely.

Does a great job and holds regular water bottle securely.
It fits securely and waist length can be adjusted. I did not cut it because I want my husband to be able to use it as well. It holds a 12 ounce Dasani water bottle just fine. However, I am not using this for running. I bring water for my dogs while we walk. The zippered pouch is nice as well and has a clasp at the top which is easy to unclip. I live in the country so I actually use it to hold a small 9 mm handgun and the clasp holds it securely in place since it doesn’t zip all the way closed over the pistol grip.

It works
This is a perfectly reasonable running belt. It fits me fine, it’s comfortable, it holds my water bottle and phone securely, and it doesn’t get in the way of my arms when I’m running. As an added bonus, you can “lock” the zipper if you want (but mostly, I don’t). There is probably less movement with this belt than with others I’ve had, but it *does* still move a bit as I run. I haven’t found this to be a problem, though. That said, there are two things I don’t like about it: 1. I didn’t realize how much I was going to dislike putting it on and taking it off. My other running belt clips, so it’s quick and easy to put on and take off. This one wraps around, so you have to thread one end through the other and it velcros closed. Not a big deal, and actually, this setup makes it easier to adjust while you’re running if you need to. I just didn’t realize how much I’d prefer the clips. Live and learn. 2. The pocket is much smaller than I thought it would be. Basically, I can fit my phone and chapstick in it. If I’m feeling daring, I’ll squeeze my earbud case in the key pocket, but I have to be very careful that it doesn’t fall out when I unzip the pouch—especially if I’m taking something out. Overall, although I’d like to be able to carry a few more things with me, this does what I need it to do. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But now that I have it, I’ll keep it. It just won’t replace my other one.

I had tried many this kind of product that used rubber band material over the waist. Those products didn't work for me until I found this. It work for me. The only small design flaw is the pouch for keeping mobile phone tappers too fast to the end which made it difficult to keep my phone with my key. Overall still a 5 star.
