Great Product and Awesome Customer Support!
Kit installation and set-up was fairly simple, but I did have a problem at is was pre-owned.I called the Customer support numbers on a Saturday and got a message their hours did not include the weekend.So I hung up and few minutes later I got a call from Ohio. Low and behold it was Customer Support for this product.As suspected the hub had been previously registered, so I believe his name was Greg said he fix the problem and call me back when it was done. About two hours later he called me back and said everything should be functioning properly. After which I checked and everything was working great. I was blown away they called me back on the weekend even though I didn't leave a voicemail. WOW! And they fixed the problem almost immediately. That kind of support is almost unheard of. Thank you very much!The system is working great with the only limitation being in range of the Wi-Fi signal.

The product description inconsistent with features actually available
The ad states:"No Wi-Fi, no power, no problem. LeakSmart operates off a smart home protocol with battery backup that functions and protects even when power and Wi-Fi are down"I have disconnected a hub power cord and whole LeakSmart system shuts down.The only leak reaction are faint beeps from water sensor.I would be happy if seller/manufacturer prove I'm wrong.==========================================P.S. The "24/7 PROTECTION- No Wi-Fi, no power, no problem." statement is false and misleading.The system ALWAYS needs the hub to be powered from house 110V grid or UPS and connected to working Wi-Fi network, otherwise it's dead and you may have flood despite triggered water sensor.

Avoid this product, the power contacts have corrosion after 8 months
Poor quality metals used for the power connectors leads to premature corrosion and power supply not working. Also, the wifi module cannot be configured without plugging it into a ethernet cable and is very buggy. Lastly, the product documentation for set up was written by someone who apparently never tried to follow the instructions as it has incorrect guidance (mentions QR codes that are no where to be found).

Very good quality but couldn't get the app to work

Great device
Getting the device on the network was a bit complicated even though I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to connecting smart home devices. Once I talked to tech support they got me up and running. No home should be without this device if you want to avoid any water damage.

Lies
This set has a 2.0 hub which is not Alexa compatible. Also, Amazon will not do anything about the fact that they mislead you.
