Replaced my Arctis Nova 7 with the Arctis Nova Pro and I couldn’t be any happier. After a week of testing I am very pleased with the sound quality of the headphones and the microphone too. 24 bit audio playing at 96khz sounds great. Definitely notice the difference in sound quality from my Arctis Nova 7’s. The box was nicely packaged and I appreciate the soft cloth bag that was included to put the headphones in. I noticed a lot of reviews complaining about noise cancelling not working like the wireless version but so far they actually block out a considerable amount of exterior noise. Much more than people give it credit for.

Bought these back in 2022, they are working solid. Just replace Ear Cushions, because cushion finally started to show age. This product is fantastic for Gaming, Music, etc. The Multi-System Device and its software lets you split the priority of Audio Output. Music playing on one channel and Discord conversation on the other. Sounds quality is awesome, even after 4 years. TLDR: These are worth it, if considering.

I have mixed feelings about the headset. I bought the wired version because I was reading online the quality of the wireless headset is only good when its wired. On one hand the sound quality is fantastic, they are comfortable, and they have a lot of cool features. Spatial sound is fantastic. Having said all that I had a huge problem when I first got the headset. I plugged in everything and got it up and running and the sound quality was atrocious. Well turns out I plugged in the headphone jack too much by MAYBE half a mm. I noticed on both the headset itself and the control port will do this if the cable isn't plugged in exactly right. So if you accidentally tug on the cable a little too hard, which isn't really hard to do, the sound goes in/out or goes L/R only, etc. For a $300 headset I would hope they used better equipment than what seems like cheap headphone cables and jacks. But like I said that's my only issue. Time will tell how bad the issue truly is.

Great headset and love the GG app very lightweight and comfortable for long gaming session and glad with the gen2 gameDAC they used a normal audio plug so you could use another headset if you wanted to the only complaint I have is the audio cord is rubber coated and you co standby have to disconnect and untwist it, its 2025 im sure there are better options for cord material that dosent twist up all the time. Overall a great buy

This product claims to have 7.1 surround sound but for the life of me I just cannot get it to work. I’ve downloaded and setup the SteelSeries GG software and enabled the Spatial Audio. When running the special audio test, it will just not work. When it’s supposed to only play audio in my left ear, it plays in both. When it’s supposed to only play in the right ear, it plays in both. With all of these same settings enabled, it works perfectly fine on my old headset. I don’t understand why it won’t work. This headset is junk and I will be sending these back and purchasing a completely different brand.

Short version: It’s a really good headset on its own but once you combine it with the GameDAC the customization it allows is something everyone should spend a little time to learn to personalize it best. Long version: Everything about this headset goes above and beyond. As long as you know the basics in your audio settings it’s as simple as plug and play. Though combine that with their steel series software (which btw compared to the software of other brands like razor for example, steel series software barely touches any resources and will not be a hindrance to have running in the background.) The pads around the ears are soft and very comfortable allowing for wearing as long as you’d like. At no point is there ever really discomfort. The GameDAC with the software makes it easy to control your volume using the smooth to the touch dial and a very simple interface that is easy to understand with a useful little tutorial on how to use it. This overall should be good enough for the general consumer to get their hands on this thing but for audiophiles, they get to have their cake and eat it too! The software allows you to play with an equalizer in the software that also has the audio split between several categories (Game, Chat, Media, Aux, and Mic). So you can set your Game channel to allow you to gain the advantage in your game or allow you to have a more immersive experience. Along side that you can have the Media channel to make whatever you watch or listen to sound as crisp as possible allowing you to enjoy every little detail to your favorite songs and movies. Overall phenomenal product and I recommended it for anyone looking for a quality headset without shelling out $500+ one some “super duper high quality headset” when for this price gets ya right up there for a fraction of the cost.

( مراجعتي للنسخة السلكية )السماعة مريحة جداً جداً تلبسها طول اليوم بدون ماتحس فيها ملاحضتي فقط هي ان الكابس جلد وبين كل ساعتين تحتر اذني وتعرف علخفيفي، صوت السماعة صافي وواضح ومليان تفاصيل تجربة اللعب تكون افضل مايمكن وحتى بالاغاني جميلة جداً لكن يبيلك تعدل على اعدادات الصوت شوي اذا تبي تطلع كل قوتها بالاغاني، الداك الي يجي معها حرفياً احلى شي منه تقدر تعلي وتوطي الصوت وتتحكم بجهاز الاخراج اذا انت شابك بي سي وسوني مع بعض وتعدل بالاعدادات، جودة التصنيع ممتازة البلاستيك مصمت وقوي جداً لكن يليت المفضل كان حديد، عموماً سماعة بطلة والي يدور سماعة بذي الميزانية فهي الافضل

I’ve been a gamer for a long time and been through many headsets. This out does all of them. It’s multi gaming function allows you to have two gaming systems connected to it at once, with a user interface that allows you to switch between them without having to move from your seat. The headset is very comfortable to wear, and the sound quality is brilliant. Recipients have also said that in crystal clear when talking, too. It has a retractable microphone to keep it safe when not playing, too. Great headset and well worth what we paid.
