HOTWAVE Portable Home Gym Workout Equipment

Almost all muscle groups and range of motion are affected. This item is sturdy; maybe the bands could be different, but relative to the price, I think all of this in one set is a great thing. Easy to put together compared to cable systems I have seen where you need to make loops and wrap something a certain way. his is mainly intuitive and logical to use. his is also something to grow with you should you go from beginners to intermediate. I am j st taking my time with this process, knowing I will not be able to do all of it (I am 68, and have bone issues). I purchased this much because I want as much as I can get then pick and choose my workout. I also got a few other sets but now I see that this has almost anything I need.This set is inexpensive if you realize you are getting a full workout. I don't like storing a lot of equipment anddo wish I had more room for a workout systems I have. Because there are items I may never use I will store some of these in a place we rent.I love to work out when I do not have to follow along a strenuous routine. That sometimes means my body which has been inactive for many years is going to be pushed too hard. This is worth the under $60.Enjoy!

This product is not worth the price. It is not easy to use and feels cheaply made.

Not only is this easy to travel with, but it is also great for storing under the bed! I prefer to work out at home, but I am picky about keeping my equipment completely out of sight when not in use. I really like that I can place this in a rolling under bed storage cart and it never clutters up my living space!

So sometimes I have pretty severe social anxiety. And even though I have a gym membership sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym. This is a perfect solution for anybody that doesn’t wanna work out in front of other people for whatever reason. I only wish I had found it sooner because after I had my last two children I didn’t get back into the actual gym for a year and a half. This would’ve helped me get a jumpstart. Now I don’t have to skip gym days just because my anxiety is bad .

Don’t have a lot of space for a home gym this is perfect and compact to get a good workout a couple times a week.

The push up board looks good but the resistance band looks like someone has been already used it and the box also looks like garbage it can’t be used again as a storage box so,disappointed!
