No wonder they have such good ratings and reviews! Amazing quality. The footwear they sent me was one size bigger, but thankfully it fit me well, and the bigger size felt better for house wear. Overall, I love it!

I had ordered UK size 5 which, according to size guide, is brand 34-35. I received one with size 36-37 and obviously it's big and uncomfortable to walk around in. I tried exchanging for the correct size and the one that came was again 36-37. So the size guide for this is wrong. Other than that, everything else is good. It's soft and plush, and the sole is rubbery plastic, so the sole doesn't soak water.

It's better to keep a size bigger than usual. My foot size 6 but in this brand 7 size is best fit. Serves the purpose, nice and comfy for the price.

The quality of the product is cheap. I received a wrong size. I requested a replacement of size 9 but they sent me again the same size 8. Disappointed with the quality of the product .
