Is this a bracelet for charms ?

Yes it does the pandora charms or the equivalent charms it's beautiful

Is it possible to adjust the size as it is a bit too big.

I don't believe they can be adjusted you would need to swap for a smaller one. With addition of charms it can feel less big but the weight of charms can also cause stretching of the bracelet. I think you need a smaller one

Did it arrive in a Pandora box

No just a little bag but had a little cardboard box to put it in as a present if wanted too
