Not for 16in stud walls
This is an inexpensive item. I was lucky enough to have the sheet rock down so I was able to add a 2x6 between the studs. This enabled me to mount this where ever I wanted. However the holes are 8 in apart. This mount and my TV are light enough that molly's will probably hold it IP without issue. For the price and my needs this works totally fine.

Nice little hanger
I haven't mounted this yet, but I think it will work perfectly for a 32". Weird, but one of the brackets' bolts - both of them - are rusty/corroded. ?

Excellent quality for the price - works like a charm!
Hung a 32" TV in my bedroom, worked like a charm. Didn't fit my studs so I used 4 heavy duty anchors and it's not going anywhere. Not bad for $9!!
