The better of the oils Omega 3 Fish Oils - Skip the Alaskan Salmon if you can
I posted a review for the Antioxidant Berry Food Topper from this company as well and I think both of these products mixed together is what was the true cure for my dogs heat rash. While only 2 out of my 3 got a heat rash at all, my 1 baby nearly chewed her tail completely in half trying to stop the itch. I tried everything, even this brands soothing balm, which has worked in the past for her rashes, but this year was just horrible!I decided to purchase this along with the Alaskan Salmon Oil and Berry Food Topper as a complete overhaul of goodness to their systems.I will say the packaging is nice, but don't bother to use the pump that comes with it - I read other reviews and didn't even bother with it, instead I went and bought some of those condiment squeeze bottles with the twistable lock lids. Poured both items in those and they work perfect with no mess and no drip!Again - reading reviews - please start your pup on a lower dose than the bottle says, high fat oils like this can do a number on a stomach having it for the first time. I took their advice and gave my dogs, despite their size, a teaspoon of each oil and one scoop (despite it saying they need two scoops) of the berry topper. Less of each of these mixed together seem to work just fine as my dogs rashes have cleared up and they seem much happier without all the itching. The oil itself is like a thick consistency, I would say closer to like mustard in thickness and definitely a yellowish color, the odor is slight and the dogs seem to not mind it. The bottle is not completely full, and it did leak a small amount so I hate that some product was wasted. As with the berry topper - the price is a little high, but I feel like it's worth it, in fact when this runs out I will be replacing this and the berry stuff but NOT the Alaskan Salmon Oil.The Alaskan Salmon Oil (since they share a review page) is of an orange oil looking consistency, it honestly looks spicy - no other way to describe it. Obviously it isn't spicy, but it is so orange/red! It doesn't smell much when I pour it on their food, but after my dogs eat it they smell horrible like fish all night, their breath and their face. I will not be purchasing this item again, it was to help boost the other two. But it doesn't seem to help or hurt. So I just won't be buying it anymore. To make this easier for my dogs, as I said I haven't noticed them not liking it, they seem to devour their dinner - I found some bone broth (dog safe) or dog safe gravy/drizzle topper that makes them overlook the healthy taste of this stuff.

Wonderful product
My dogs absolutely love this oil. You can smell it does have a slight fishy odor to it. Easy instructions on bottle and easy to use. My dogs love the taste of this. This does help with skin and coat. Saw improvements in the coats and texture after a few weeks of using this product. Soff and shiny

Becareful!
Update: went to the vet Saturday and vet said he has gartoenteritis. 3 days my dog couldn’t hold anything down. An antibiotic and other medication, special cans of wet dog food, 1 liter of fluids pushed threw his back, x-ray, a shot of anti vomiting medication, and ultrasound later (Monday) he is just now tolerating an 1/8 of a cup of water down wet dog food every 2-3 hours without vomiting. Not sure if it was a bad batch or because they changed ingredients like a few other reviewers stated. Becareful in giving this to your pups.BEWARE!!!! I bought 3 bottles of this stuff last winter and used on my half lab/half pit and half husky/half Shepard mainly because one has really itchy skin in the winter time. Never had an issue. I purchased another bottle and received it yesterday and gave to my dogs. First off I notice when I pumped it into the dog food it wasn’t oily like the last time I purchased it, the consistency was more like melted orange sherbet. I gave it to them around 6:30 yesterday evening and by 4:20 in the morning my half lab/half pit was throwing up what looked like mass amounts of salvia. He’s 100 lbs and never misses a meal. He only ate half his food this morning and within 20 minutes threw it up. He has nothing left in his stomach and has been vomiting up green bile the last 5 times today for a total of 14 times so far today. He has never ever vomited like this before. I called my vet and he said give him pepto for now and see what happens. Has an appointment tomorrow in case of no improvements. Seeing him like this is breaking my heart because there is nothing I can do until he sees the vet. My dogs only eat dog food no people food, the lab mix’s has eaten the same brand of dogfood his whole life and will be 3 in March. I haven’t bought a new bag of food so I know it’s not that. I take my dogs out and they are never out by themselves and always watched so I know he didn’t get into anything. I will not purchase again unfortunately.

Noticeable Difference—Tested the Right Way
I’ve been giving Natural Dog Company Skin & Coat Oil to my silver lab, Ziggy, for about a month now, and there’s been a clear, noticeable difference in his coat and overall skin health. What mattered to me is that I didn’t add anything else to his meals while using this. No other supplements, no changes in food—so I know the improvement I’m seeing is from this product and not something else muddying the waters. His coat looks healthier, feels softer, and he just seems more comfortable overall. It’s easy to add to his food, and Ziggy has had no issues eating it.I’m happy enough with the results that I’ve put it on a monthly subscription, which isn’t something I do lightly. I’ll absolutely keep buying this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, effective skin and coat supplement.

My dogs would not touch it
My dogs suffer from dandruff so I was looking for a fish oil supplement to help with their skin. I bought this on the recommendation of someone who had used it in the past and said it worked.Unfortunately, my dogs couldn’t get past the smell or taste and would not touch this so I can’t say how well it works.

Greatest thing for my Dobie
I have a 2 year old Dobie and she had some dry skin. Looked like a bad case of dandruff. As soon as I decided to try this… WOW!!! within a week of using dry skin was gone, her coat shines like a show dog and very soft. I have the on auto ship now, is part of her daily meal. One bottle has lasted me more than a month.
