I have just finished my second box of these biotin chews, so I have been taking this supplement for two months. They are individually wrapped and come inside of an easy to open silver foil looking reclosable bag. I was worried that they wouldn't be individually wrapped and would be all stuck together like pills in a container. The flavor is very refreshing and actually reminds me of a chewy tropical candy. There is no aftertaste. It took me almost three weeks to notice results, but once I noticed a difference I was hooked and will continue to order this product every month! My hair is shinier and feels like it is stronger. I have noticed less breakage of my hair, especially towards the ends. My fingernails have been growing quickly and they don't break off anymore. They feel very thick and sturdy. I really enjoy this product and I look forward to my daily biotin chew. Its a special treat and the added benefits are a plus!

I've been having some hair issues lately, hair loss after covid and then a really bad infection...I lost so much hair from all that trauma to my system. Doc recommend me to up my intake of biotin and zinc even though I've been taking 2,500 mcg of biotin already and some zinc I can't remember the exact amount. I tried this out for about 2-3 weeks now I believe? I definitely see an improvement. My hair feels softer, silkier, less tangles, looks healthier/shinier, and I've noticed less hair loss while in the shower. I'm probably going to keep buying them! I will say though, even though it does taste like a starburst, there is a slight grainy aftertaste. It's not too bad though and for the results, I'm okay with it haha

These are delicious and they really work! I've been taking these for almost a month and my hair, skin, and nails are looking better. I'm using these as a part of a larger health regimen, so my results are furthered by the other steps I've been taking - so I'm not sure how they would perform by themselves but along with everything else I'm doing, I've seen considerable improvement in my skin over the course of one month. Other measures I'm taking include drinking lots of water, taking the Vitamin C/Hyaluronic Acid Beauty Bursts also sold by NeoCell, twice-weekly bentonite clay/apple cider vinegar masks, and eating a high-carb vegan diet. My husband takes them too, partly because they taste like a grape starburst (not so much acai flavor to me). The only downside is that it makes ALL of your hair grow longer and thicker, haha. I started with pretty light leg hair to begin with so it's not that big of a deal for me, but I have definitely noticed that the hair is a little darker and grows back a little more quickly. Well worth it for healthy hair, skin and nails other places, though.

I have been using these Biotin chews for 4 months and they really work! I wanted to take Biotin for 2 reasons: 1. My nails - I've been wearing acrylic nails for over 35 years (I'm 60 yo and my nails were paper thin and brittle. They wouldn't grow out bc they would splinter and break. My nails are amazing now! I can't believe the transformation. They are thick and tough. I'm having to trim and file them now. My toenails grow like crazy too, so I'm trimming them all the time. That's ok, bc I'm so happy with my fingernails! 2. My hair - Even though I have thick hair, I had noticed that my hair was thinning out on the top of my head. That has stopped and my hair is thicker than ever. It's almost too thick but that's a little hard to complain about. :-) It seems like it is growing faster also. I hope they never quit making these bc not only do they really work, they taste good and I hate taking more pills than I already do, so I love chews.

I love these! They are cheap and work so well! My hair hasn't grown in about a year, even after me quitting the straightener and taking great care of my hair. I took these as directed every single day and my hair began to grow. It grew slow, but hey, better than it was before! I also noticed a difference in the health of my hair. It's shiny, healthy, and I barely get split ends anymore! I highly recommend!
