Let me offer some advice when using this product. Put your hair in a ponytail FIRST before winding your hair around it. It makes the bun stay in place better with no pins. It makes winding it up easier too. Also, if your last turn on the device is too tight against your head, then don't do that last turn, it will still hold. You will have a great bun in less than 30 seconds. *** Do not use the product if the metal is not completely covered by the fabric.
