Do you have children who no matter what you tell them about bugs they are scared?Well I do. My daughter is scared of flies, mosquitoes (bad past experiences), ants, cockroaches, you name it. The only ones she says she likes are butterflies and animals.I live in the city on the third floor of a building, please know this is a review in reference to people on the same environment I am.Pros:o Easy to use.o Effective.o No noise except a tiny clicking sound (it doesn’t disturb your sleep.)o Comes with a blue light to spot them at night.o Plug and forget about it!o A pack of four pest repellers which are convenient to use in every room of my apartment.o Not dangerous for kids (I don’t have pets.)Cons:o It has only been tested on the bugs I saw in my place.o It is hard to determine whether or not it works in other places since I live in the city.My Opinion:In the few days that I have used these repellers, I’ve noticed a decrease of the bugs I mentioned above and it is such a relieved. To me it works but I still have to see more results!I see my daughter smiling more and not jumpy at home :) This is the type of results I was looking for!

The GreenGuardX was an excellent purchase. Shipping was fast and packaged well. The included instructions were very clear on the use of the product and proper placement of each unit. Built in night lights are just illuminated enough to help navigate after dark without being overly bright.I purchased this product due to spiders and the occasional palmetto bug running across the floor. The information provided stated, "You may see increased activity for a short time after setting up the units"(not verbatim due to misplacement of instructions). They were not kidding. I saw several more spiders and palmetto bugs than normal in the first two days. The product also states that it may take a few weeks to see the full results of the ultrasonic barrier created by the units, though I have only seen one spider in the time between the first two days and now (6 days total). I am not sure if it is the size of my dwelling or the fact that I do not have any other pest problems besides what I have already stated, but, one spider in four days is awesome. Before the GreenGuardX I was getting, "BABY! COME GET THIS SPIDER!" at least once a day.I strongly recommend this product to anyone whether you have a major infestation or just a few bugs here and there.I will update this post in two weeks and let anyone interested know how it's going.

I purchased this product because I am having a major issue with spiders and scorpions. The scorpions are attracted to the spiders, so I have to get rid of the spiders in order to get rid of the southern devil scorpions that keep showing up. I have a small child; therefore, I do not use toxic chemicals. I purchased this ultrasonic pest repeller because it is non-toxic and safe to use around my toddler. It is easy to use; just plug it into the wall. The green light means the device is on, the blinking red light means the ultrasonic cycle is on, and the blue light is to turn on the nightlight. I ordered this product because it is a multi-pack. I put a device by each of my three main doors and one in the garage. I like the sleek design of this product and that it is discreet. I have used these repellers for about a week and have not seen spiders or scorpions since. This product is a great alternative to using harmful chemicals. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an eco-friendly and non-toxic pest repellent to deter spiders.

These appear to work as expected. Spiders cleared out within a couple days of using them. HOWEVER, this model has an audible clicking noise when the red light blinks. I was told by support that this is normal. This makes it impossible to put them in a bedroom or a quiet reading room without being incredibly annoyed. We had an old version of this type of device made by PestOffense purchased from an infomercial some years ago which worked perfectly without a clicking noise (and it had similar blinking lights). We bought these to replace those when they failed. Unfortunately the clicking is too much so can't recommend this particular unit.

We had mice last winter. It was really bad for a month. I live in NYC and my entire neighborhood has been infested because of construction at nearby school. We set up traps that worked, but they weren't enough because more mice kept coming in and they began to get smart about the traps. Not to mention, walking into the kitchen to see a dead or screaming mouse is just plain nasty. We set up to poisoned baits that no one ever nibbled on. And we tried to seal all cracks but I live in a old and large house so it was nearly impossible to get everything because there is furniture in the way.Finally, I ordered 8 of these repellers and set up one in every bedroom, the kitchen, the living room, and the dining room. And mice stopped coming in!! Once in a while we will see one in the kitchen that sneaked in from the backyard, but they don't stay to raise a family in here anymore.Since we got these, a year has passed and we have only seen 3 mice in that time. They were easily killed in the traps. No more droppings anywhere and no more shuffling noises coming from the walls. I'm also allergic to their fur and I no longer sneeze when I go up to the attic. I think this product is just enough to keep mice from being comfortable in your home. It's probably not as effective as a cat, but with other prevent methods like setting up traps and sealing cracks, it works well.Winter is coming again, so I got another set of 4 repellers just so the entire house is covered. These don't work past walls, so I will have to add one to a bathroom and some in the basement. I hope they continue to work when all the mice try to come in from the cold. I will update if I survive.
