Softy Padded Leather Dobro Guitar Strap USA Made - Brown

I have several resonators, and a mix of straps - custom made Gross and Poff Straps (both quite a step above all others), and the padded straps from Long Hollow are the best commercially-available straps I've ever used.I've been playing resonators for over 40 years and have used just about every brand of "off the shelf" strap there is. Due to some physical disabilities I have to play seated, but always feel better with a strap. It keeps the instrument and arm positions consistent - if you DO play standing things don't change much (and if the guitar is lower when you're standing you can have serious issues, especially with hammer-ons/pulloffs).Every cheaper strap wraps around your right arm weirdly, making it VERY difficult to play accurately. But the Long Hollow straps are one of the few mid-priced brands that is designed well for comfortable "wrap". And the padding is very nice "on the shoulder". The design of the headstock end and the leather ties - from length to width - works for both slot-head and solid peghead guitars.If you're a serious player I suggest springing for a (+/- $100) Gross custom, made-to-order strap. But if you're a more causal player or own multiple instruments and want decent quality straps on all your secondary guitars - buy this type! GREAT quality and very comfortable.
