Helps to cool my greyhound!
My service dog, a greyhound, and I are outside a lot in summer. Keeping this on helps to keep her cool, so we can stay outside longer. It also helps her recover from being hot more quickly. I keep one at home and one in the car.

Keeps Ellie Mae cool on our walks
My 10 pound Miniature Poodle, Ellie Mae, seemed to being getting very hot on our morning walks, even though we walked early in the morning. I bought this to help her keep cool and it really works. And, she even looks very cute in it! I had a stiff collar with gel pads that you put in the freezer and she just didn't like that at all, and it looked uncomfortable. She like this "scarf" and doesn't fight me at all when I put it on her.

Worked during A.C failure.
This worked great, soak a bit in water, chill in your freezer for a few minutes & it keeps your sweet doggos cool for a long time. I live in Florida, my A. C. went out. While waiting for the repairs this helped enormously. I will use it always.

My long hairy dog just got wet from it it didn't cool him down

This is the best I've found for a cooling collar, beats the others hands down, only thing I have found better in extreme heat is a cooling vest!
