Great hitch, very solid
I've had this on my JL Wrangler for a couple years, it was easy to install and has handled everything from bike racks to a car tow dolly. The specs on this are higher than most. This was $75 shipped in 2020, wow.I added a Curt 4 pin that plugs into the factory lights, that required a little more time as the power wire needs to go to the battery.

2020 JLU Rubicon Hitch
This is an easy installation. I did not need a jack/lift and I did not need to move the muffler. A rubber mallet would help to line the holes up- as this is a snug fit. There is a spacer bracket (small piece of metal and identified in the instructions) that is on the bumper and needs removed to install a hitch. Instead of removing the entire bumper and possibly causing damage with the extra steps- I took a cutting/grinding wheel and removed the bracket by cutting the two attachment tabs. This did NOT cut/change/affect the rest of the bumper and if I wanted to remove the hitch and have the spacer in place I would only have to buy that piece. It does not permanently affect the bumper of you go the route I did.Additionally, I like the extended receiver. It’s not too long to stick out and catch a shin; yet it gets any ball or attachment past the rear tire.

Easy to Install, Looks Like Original Equipment
A nice, heavy duty receiver. I was able to install it without removing bumper or muffler, you just have to be a bit ginger in getting the bolts aligned with the receiver and frame. One frame hole was slightly too small (nothing wrong with the receiver, it was the Jeep's frame hole that was not drilled out completely), but I had a bolt of the same diameter with larger threads that I used to ream it out. After that, it was a smooth and easy installation. It looks great, and looks like it was original equipment installed by Jeep.

Hitch looks good; packing for shipping is a JOKE
Product looks well made - just what you'd typically expect.Seller did not take any care to package properly for shipping. A heavy steel hitch loose in a cardboard box with no padding or structure to keep it from moving around? The box barely made it here, and the hitch punched / wore holes in it, which then meant that the hitch powder coating is completely chipped off in several places. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.Packing something for shipping isn't hard. They could have done a lot better here.

Fit perfectly, exactly as described
Bought to fit 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Islander. Also selected due to longer receiver to help move bike rack out beyond the spare tire. The hitch was easy to install and perfectly positioned the bike rack to clear the spare tire.

Great value and well built. Save hundreds by doing it yourself! easy
Installed on a 2018 Jeep Sahara. Very sturdy. As others mentioned, used the 2 existing bolts and embedded nuts for the outside holes. Had to use a screw driver to separate the existing plastic bummer to fit the hitch in against the frame. Took me about ~20 to install. Didn't have a 3/4" wrench which made things a little more difficult. Looks great and very secure.

Great product
This hitch worked great - the tube was long enough I could use my bike carrier without using an extension so it causes much less movement with the bike carrier. Well made unit, came with bolts and had it installed in 15 or 20 minutes!

Easy install
Took a bit longer to install (they said 20 mins - took me 30) but am not too handy so if I can do it, anyone can. Just make sure you have all of the necessary tools, follow the instructions (watching an install video on YouTube also helps), and take your time.

Fits JLUR 3.6L with steel bumper group
Fits the 2020 JLUR with OEM steel bumper. Much easier to install once the bumper is removed (takes about 10-15min to remove bumper).

Great Hitch, lousy instructions.
Installation instructions are woefully incomplete. Installed on 2020 Unlimited Wrangler Sahara with stock bumper. At first I thought it didn't fit. There is a bumper support bracket the needs to be unbolted and slightly pushed away from the crossmember in order to slide the hitch into place. The hitch slides in-between the plate and the cross member. This plate has two nuts welded in place which require you to reuse the two outer bolts (18mm socket for bolts required not sure on nut size). The threads on these factory bolts are different from the bolts supplied with the hitch so don't make a mistake and use the hitch supplied bolts here or you will strip the threads and then a simple install becomes a PITA. Make sure you put a wrench on the factory welded nuts when torquing to specs to make sure the welds don't break. Mine didn't but I used a box wrench on them just to be sure. None of this information is clearly stated in the instructions and there is really no excuse. I almost returned the hitch because at first I thought the nuts we're welded to the cross member and rendered the hitch incompatible. It took me longer to organize the tools than install the hitch.
