Best beginner R/C helicopter
This is a great beginning R/C helicopter. There are 3 "reaction" speeds on the controller. I use the slowest for indoors and the fastest for outdoors. Obviously it's a smaller R/C helicopter and is effected by any breeze so be careful outside. I purchased 3 additional batteries and just did a 1.2 hour walk around the neighborhood while dying it. Slight breeze but nothing crazy and it flew fine. I've had all types of r/c helicopters over the years and this one is by far the best. The only thing I really don't like is that there isn't a kill switch and takes time to land and shutdown. Other than that, it's perfect. 7-24-23 update It has twice taken off and went straight up over 40 feet. Still had control with the cyclic but nothing up and down. It then turned off and free fell. Only damage from both falls is this. Surprised it wasn't demolished due to its thin plastic. Still flys amazing.

Satisfied
This thing is great super easy to fly and vary wind capable I have had more than a few mini Helo's and I must say I'm impressed decent fly time and the charge time is pretty fast actually. I give it a 👍 hope this helped

By far the best value for a novice pilot
I fly RC planes and have wasted hundreds trying to learn to fly high end single rotor machines with cyclic and collective. Like the Blade micro series MSR. I’m just not that skilled with copters. This machine is easy right out of the box if you are gentle and coordinate yaw, bank and altitude. I had do much fun I bought more batteries. The gyro works perfectly and letting go of sticks returns chopper to a hover. Trimming the drift is simple and three response settings lets you advance to rescue missions in your back yard as you avoid obstacles by climbing above and dropping down into the accident or battle zone. Running smack dab into your house siding looks horrible as the machine stops, and occupants get whiplash. 🥹 Feel free to straighten the blades, put the machine on the ground and spool up for your next mission. Great fun for dad and the kids flying night missions during the summer. I paid $81 delivered to North Carolina.

Replacement parts are available
This was a Christmas gift for my 15 year old son. it is a cool helicopter, fairly easy to fly, but there are no guards so it is easy to break. It took him less than a week to break the main rotor. While GoolRC does not seem to sell replacement parts, this helicopter is also marketed under other brand names as the C186 helicopter and under that you can find all sorts of spare parts to make repairs.

It’s a great durable starter ra helicopter.
It flies fast. So you need to be careful. Mine was great. But I lost control of it and crashed it into a wall. But I loved it for 2 weeks.i wish it had 3d option. Then I would say perfect. But the color design options to choose from were a nice selling feature. They should make an anniversary model with more design features. I’m just saying. If they did that for the price point they sell for. They would probably out sell everyone.

Not Impressed
I have been flying for years. I liked the look of this so I got one. This one does not have the optical sensor. It hovers all over the place. Flys ok however....It made contact will a pine tree and its game over. So to the trash can. Ill stick with blade helicopters.

The C138 is a much better choice.
This isn't very fun. The way it flies is super wobbly and the tail loses control then regains control and doesn't control well enough to fly indoors and is to light to fly outside. I would recommend the C138 instead. If flies like you expect and is a great choice for indoors.

It’s a lot of fun!
The helicopter is a lot of fun, this is something a beginner can handle. It doesn’t do well in the wind. It stays stable but it drifts in the wind.

This is very similar to the Eachine E120 except that it doesn't have the optical flow sensor. That said, it seems to have an internal barometer since the one button take off and land works perfect. The battery life is truly impressive and I get a solid 12 minutes at least. But I would recommend the version with 3 batteries as I can't seem to find any spare batteries that ship to the UAE.
