Fun and unique way to cook
These are fun. Heated the stones up on our grill. They held enough heat to eat slowly and cook our meat as we wanted. Nice to eat a hot piece of meat. Easy to clean. Recommend the meat be at room temperature.

Habe den Stein mit einem Gasgrill 60 Minuten mit 300 Grad aufgeheizt, habe damit ein 350 gr. Steak mit Kruste erstklassig braten können. Hält gut 20 Minuten heiß. Schneidet man das Steak in Daumenbreite Streifen, wird das Resultat noch besser. Gemüse andünsten ein Traum und alles urgemütlich

Perfect Steak
The product was exactly what I expected from the description and reviews. My viking oven heats to 500 degrees and the stone stays sizzling hot for about 20 minutes and hot enough to cook strips of steak for about 40 minutes. Medium rare is a breeze. I use a lodge cleaning tool and clean up is a breeze. It is an individual steak cooker, not for more than one steak. I will purchase three more.
