Whole pine nuts make this very special. Just add water, olive oil and some grated parmesan and you have a wonderful pesto in minutes. Uses include seasoning for pizza crusts, bread dough, pasta dishes and grilled salmon.

This Basil Garlic and Pine Nut Pesto is so good! I have not even tried it as pesto yet because I sprinkle it on nearly everything to add some great flavor! I have put it in veggies, especially Zoodles, on roasted potatoes, salads and I have even tossed it into scrambled eggs and it is dynamite!! Since my husband is on a Low Sodium, (BORING ) diet this has become my go to flavoring! And I actually bought it to create a pesto that he could eat. Try it! You will NOT be disappointed.

LOVE this stuff on everything. It also makes a great topping when put in olive oil to put on pasta or bread.

Great seasoning
I add this to so many things -- sauces, soups, dressings, whatever. The shaker side needs slightly wider holes though. They're just a bit small. I end up using the pour side, into my hand, and then shaking it into my food from there.

I use this with sauteed Cauliflower and add about a tbs. of this wonderful seasoning out of this world. I also use it in soups, sauce and sprinkle over fish. The cauliflower is my favorite use.

More than pesto!
I do not use this to make pesto as directed. Rather have the fresh basil from the year for that. But I use it as a flavoring when I make rice porridge. I like enough that I have ordered more to give to friends who make rice porridge.

love this pesto
It's easy to use and tastes great! From the bottle: for pesto, mix half the contents from jar with 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup water and tbsps of parmesan cheese. Very simple and very good. We subscribe and save to get it often.
