This milk frother is great. It was a bit larger than I thought it would be but I found a spot for it at my home coffee station. makes a nice frothy foam when I need a little something extra on my morning coffee. I recommend washing it right away as it is much easier to do while the milk is still wet and hasn't dried. You have to fill it to the minimum line in the container, it does not require a lot of milk but it does produce way more foam than I need for one cup of coffee so unfortunately I do waste a little since I would rather an easy cleanup job instead of saving to see if need a 2nd cup of coffee. It also works great to mix hot chocolate or protein powder into milk. I would purchase this again or as a gift.

*Edited*Came back and gave a full 5 stars because of the customer service. I emailed the manufacturer directly and notified them of the issue. I was well out of the 30 day return window. I didn't expect them to do anything, mostly wanted to let them know in case it was an ongoing issue they needed to be aware of. They contacted me back quickly and didn't hesitate to offer a refund. I will be purchasing another of the same. I think it was a one off thing. Solid company with great customer service that backs their product. You rarely see that.Overall I was very happy, at first. Powerful, easy to use, hot or cold options, comes with extra little round whisk. Take basic, everyday coffee to a fancy level. I purchased in February and don't use everyday. It's never been abused, dropped, etc and I'm very careful not to get the outside wet when cleaning. From the pics you can see the cover to the control panel is coming off. Technically it is still functional but this is disappointing. Of course it is outside the return window and I will try to glue back on. Makes me question the long term quality of a product.

This Bizewo frother is by far superior to others I have used. The froth is magnificent, so thick and creamy. There is a choice of light and airy warm foam or thicker foam, as well as, cold foam or just heated milk (no froth.) It is quiet and functions well. I had just previously ordered a $100.00 frother, which I returned because the milk did not really froth much and was lukewarm. Then I tried another name brand and the froth mechanism kept popping out and it just stopped working after a week. I returned it also. The foam wasn’t nearly as good as this one either. I guess “third time’s the charm.” And I used 2% milk to get this amazing froth. (it recommended to use at least 3% milk for best results.) Not sure how much better the results could be. Thank you Bizewo for making a quality product for a great price. I do hope it lasts.

This frother separates the foam and the milk for which i hate - its usually a thin layer of foam and the rest of the milk at the bottom. and while it works quickly and its not too loud, i would think twice before ordering it because it doesn't really do the job for me and consider it a waste on my end. I've used it multiple times with different milk types and same dissapointing result so i'm not sure if mine is defective or if it just the item

I have used a handheld frother and a few other cup/container ones like this one. Even expensive ones that are $100 do not froth as well as this one. I have the most foam and volume using this frother than any other one. Also, when I make things like Matcha or some other form of powder, I can use this frother to mix the powder too and I am never left with powder on the bottom or sides because it actually incorporates and mixes the powder into the liquid very well.However, the reason why it is not a 5* for me is because of a couple things.1. The volume of the container is a little bit small. I find that I cannot add as much liquid as I want because the container is not too big. This is also partly due to the large amount of volume increase when I use this thing as it almost always rises to the lid by the time it's done.2. Washing this thing can be a little tricky. It seems water can easily get into the crevices of the screen or bottom where the frother connects to its power base. I have not had issues prior but it stopped working after 1 year and 2 months. It is likely due to the issue I mentioned but not entirely sure.However, the customer service is great. The warranty is 2 years and so despite the failure, the seller/manufacturer is willing to refund the full amount I paid to me after all this time.So to summarize:Good - Great frother, best volume of foam I have ever had, good mixer of liquids and powders, Good customer serviceBad - Small container, prone to potential water damage

They reached out to me and offered a refund for my troubles.In no way did I expect this and it was a pleasant surprise as customers service these days, seems like a lost art.This review below, could have very well been an isolated issue with my unit.I froth milk every single morning for my coffee. I bought this frother about a month and a half ago. It was always hard to get it on the right setting, but since it worked well once it was on a foam setting, I figured it would be fine. Unfortunately, the more I used it the harder it got until yesterday when it completely stopped working. Sadly it's also out of the warranty period.

My daughter received one of these frothers for Christmas last year and I knew I had to buy on the first time I used it! It makes an abundance of thick foamy goodness for your drinks both hot and cold!The design makes It easy to use and with little pictures for each option ( hot froth ( regular and super thick foam) , cold froth, or you can just warm up the milk. It cleans up easily, and is fairly compact so it fits nicely on the counter.This is hands down the best little milk frother out there at a very reasonable price and so far it performs much better than other brands that cost 3 times as much!A word of advice: don’t overfill as a little milk makes a lot of foam and it can overflow if you put too much in.

I'm quite happy with this frother. It does a great job frothing the milk. Do not overfill past the marked lines inside! It does leave a baked on milk residue after frothing in the area where the heater must be, but it wipes out easily as long as you do it each time you use it. I would buy again and feel I got good value for my money.
