Good Tricycle, Rides Smooth, and build was not tooo bad because I had a friend build it!
After reading the reviews, I was truly terrified what condition my Schwinn will arrive in. Fortunately, the box arrived in good condition, no holes, dents, etc. I opened the box and looked at all parts. Thankfully all parts, fenders, etc. were in good condition, no dents on fenders, no scratches... all wrapped in card board and areas of styrofoam for cushioning during transportation. I took my Schwinn to a good friends house whom builds bicycles as a hobby. Our friend had all tools I do not have, like bicycle lubrication and tool to snap the bike chain together. After the build which took our friend a good 3 to 4 hours, the Schwinn came out amazing... rode very smooth. We did notice a few "hiccups" in which the Schwinn arrived in. The front brakes had to be readjusted because it did stick. Our friend had to remove the front brakes and readjust it. We noticed one of the rear wheels spun in a wobbly not so smooth looking spin. He says it's because the axle is probably bent, but could be replaced. Other then those issues the Schwinn was a joy to ride around and I look forward to riding it very soon when the weather gets better! A few helpful notes to mention if this is relevant to you: I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, i opted for 24 size, which worked out great. I do need the seat to be adjusted 2 inches higher which was easy to do. I also noticed there is a lable indicating the basket can only hold 20KG, which is 40 pounds. I was hoping to give my senior german shepherd rides in the basket but he's 80 pounds so that won't work.

Try it before you buy it
I would highly recommend taking one for a test drive if you can find one for sale before deciding to buy one. I used to love riding a bicycle in my much younger days so I thought I would love this one too but it's much harder than riding a 2 wheel bike was 40 years ago, ha ha. I was accustomed to an indoor recumbent bike (after both knees were replaced) whose pedals are placed very differently from this outside tricycle and it was really difficult to push those pedals the first couple of times I used it. The product is great, arrived well packaged, sturdy, not terribly heavy (I can lift it up a curb and a small step into my house), the seat is even comfortable for me. So far, it's a low mileage bike, but I keep hoping I'll get more use and enjoyment out of it.

Tube blew right after first use
Much joy greeted the arrival of this bike. D, the lady of the house, has been wanting a way to exercise outside, and this seemed a great way. The good price and good name have is great hope. The bike was fairly easy to assemble, with tools I already had (unlike the Huffy, which came with the necessary tools). The tires were aired up to 45 lbs with the digital electronic air pump. The seat was comfy and easy to adjust, making for a smooth ride The basket looks like it will be handy to use, the brakes were easy to adjust, and the tires looked good. What a bike! But we can't ride it. The maiden voyage (50 feet, where we turn the car around) was fine, and we put the bike away, but when we pulled it out next, the rear left tire was flat. I added Slime, thinking it was a slow leak, but couldn't air it up. Turns out there is an 8 inch tear on the inside diameter of the tube, where it would be against the rim. Town is an hour away on a good day, so we wait for our next trip, when we will buy three new tubes, replacing the brand new ones we no longer trust, and rubber to cover whatever might have initially damaged the tube, if it wasn't just a bad tube. We hope to be able to use the bike again soon. Would I buy it again? Yes, but would use aftermarket tubes and Slime from the start.

VERY COMFORTABLE BIKE!
I love my bike. I live in Florida and ride it most every day a couple miles. It is single speed so best used on fairly flat roads. Slight inclines are ok. Cons, the back bumpers are hard to get on right so they don't rub, mine has had to be adjusted. A friend put it together for me and if I were to buy it again I would have taken to a bike shop and had it assembled. I bought a different seat, but that is just my preference. The one it came with if fine. I also bought lights and a mirror. I am 78 years old, and riding is good for my legs.

Check the box. Mine was torn and did scratch the paint a bit!
I’m a senior citizen with a year old hip I needed exercise. This lets me visit my neighbors and exercise at the same time. I love being outside and I ride with my son and grandson!

Nightmare Bike
For some background, I got this bike because I have a good few disabilities, leading to my struggle driving and riding a classic 2-wheel bicycle. Because of this, I thought a trike would be a great idea for errands, and a cheaper idea than Uber in the long run. Nearly two weeks and 10 hours in, I am regretting my decisions some. 1) This bike was IMPOSSIBLE to put together. The hardware fought like they superglued it in, and it took me maybe an eighth of a can of WD-40 for some of the bolts. The instructions were no help, and I even ended up buying my own hardware because I couldn't get the ones off the bike, which ended up being a waste because there are no proper sizes in the instructions, just a picture of a bolt to "compare size". 2) Customer service was not super helpful. While I of course appreciate the efforts made, there was simply no communication once the phone call ended. I sent a number of pictures about hardware, and despite my attempt at communication, I got responses that had nothing to do with what I was looking for. At the very least, I was treated with kindness while I was figuring things out. 3) The damn bike seat. After hours on hours on hours of work, I still can't ride this bike because the seat tilts back any time I move. I can't tilt it forward while riding, so I end up riding while being skewered down the middle by the front of the seat. I have yet to find a way to fix it, so I am still walking everywhere, despite spending hundreds of dollars on a mode of transportation. I might end up buying a new seat, spending even more money just so I can get around. TL;DR, Don't buy this bike. It's a waste of money and time, and if you're new to the bike scene you'll get more trouble than good.
