Such a beautiful and mysterious story
This was the first light novel I've read and it was a great start to my light novel journey. The atmosphere of the town of Sodeshima in particular was beautiful and had rich descriptions of the view of the ocean, the cherry-blossom trees, and shrines. I also thoroughly enjoyed the sci-fi aspect of the roll-back ability. It seemed confusing at times but the author did a great job at explaining how exactly it worked and where the term came from. Each time the main character "rolled back" in time, it was nice to see that even he would sometimes forget which part of the timeline he was in and accidentally slip up and mention something to another character that hadn't happen yet, and they would be confused. It made the ability feel more realistic and enjoyable to read about. Overall I loved this and I will be picking up more from Mei Hachimoku in the future.

Change the future and the past!!!!!
The story is incredibly powerful with it's emotional storyline and everything 😢 I was feeling really bad for Akira after learning how she'd been treated by her insane older brother, but thanks to Kanae's interference, they both got the happy ending they deserved ❤️

Beautiful Story
For amazon: the book came quick and in perfect conditonFor the readers and author: this is such a beautiful, well written book. I was hooked from the moment I started reading and I struggled to put it down. From the characters, to the synopsis, and all the great detail to pull this story together was perfect. Mei Hachimoku was able to pull off the time travel idea perfectly and I look forward to reading what the author releases in the future.I would absolutely buy this book again if anything were to happen to my copy.

A great read id definitely recommend to almost anyone
This book was a very good book that is easy to understand so i think that anyone could read it. the character depiction was refreshing and imagining how the characters talked and acted using a lot of imagery really helped me get into the book.

Another interesting story, but still a bit indifferent
In line with Mei Hachimoku's first novel, The Tunnel to Summer, The Exit of Goodbyes, this one has a different approach to the intimate blend of romance and science fiction. Wait For Me Yesterday in Spring is a more focused experience than her first novel—at the cost of a less ambitious plot.It embodies similar concepts to her first novel: family tension, intimacy between two main characters, and an enigmatic and fantastical predicament. But what this work improves upon is the integration of its sci-fi elements, use of POV and perspective, and the chemistry between the main characters. While I think her first work is crazier and more ambitious, I’d still recommend this novel for being a more cohesive experience despite playing it “safe” (though fair warning, the narrative does enter some very serious, dark subject matter in the latter half). It's a good read for the weekend if you have time and money to spare.
