I bought this toaster to replace our tired two spice toaster. Thinking that it is a good brand and so the overall product quality would be about the best available. Upon receiving the package, I can confirm that the quality is very good and using for the first time the toasting is excellent but just one let down to be aware of. If you use the regular square sliced bread, sold here in Dubai then it would probably hold four slices of bread for toasting but we use the more traditional shaped bread that is a little taller and so this does not allow for the bread to sit fully into the toaster and so about a third of the bread sits above and sites not get toasted. We have to toast only two slices at a time and turn each shove on its side to be able to toast the full slice of bread.Disappointing for us as we can’t toast for doves at a time, as we would want for breakfast. Otherwise a good quality product.

The mechanism inside the toaster is flimsy and doesn’t support the bread properly. This leads to bread falling into the toaster.It looks nice but is completely impractical.

This is the best toaster I’ve ever bought and used.
